I purchase this as a gift for my Mother's guest bath. For some reason it's hard to find non-modern classy tissue box covers. This has good weight to it and the finish was nice. It's not my style, but perfect for my parents home decor style.

It looks just like the picture. I like how heavy it is, you can pull out a tissue without toppling the box or the whole box coming up with the tissue

A little pricey, but nicer than most for the same or more. It's resin, but it's well made, beautiful color, is heavy and sturdy and looks like metal.

The oil rubbed bronze color in bathroom accessories is difficult to find in stores now, guess it's not as popular as it once was. I was lucky to find this on Amazon, very nice design and it matches my other bathroom accessories, very well made.

I gave this item a four, but don't get me wrong it is beautiful. It is made out of great materials. I have it in my bathroom. I do not like the fact that the decorative open spots allow for the tissue box to be seen through, in addition this is a cover. Important to know if you are looking for a box. This cover only sits on top of the tissue box but does not enclose it. Also because I use it in my bathroom it occasionally has gotten water droplets on it that are not coming off. I would recommend that if this is for bathroom use that it not be placed on the sink.

looks great but would be better if there was an elastic or similar to hold the tissue box inside if you pick it up as the bottom is completely open, hence the 4 stars
