About three whole chicken thighs per can with broth and bones. My dog absolutely loves this. I use it as a topper with his dry food. It’s top-notch.

I have bought Evangers Hunk of Meat and Chicken Breasts for a few years now, but quality is starting to go downhill. This is very disappointing as my dog absolutely loved these and I haven't found the equivalent. But for the last 6 months the batches have been hit or miss on quality. I have been getting disgusting rancid black juice and meat in many of the cans. Some are still just fine and pinkish brown like they should be but it is becoming too much of a chance to buy and hope they are good.

ONLY received 1 CAN instead of 12 cans of dog food….and I paid for 12 Cans….This is the 2nd. Time that this happened…

My dog loves this! However, there is a great deal of fat in the cans. Some of the cans have less fat than others but even in those I find myself trimming each of the pieces. I buy it by the case and it’s interesting to see 2 things:First is the quantity of fat, second is the quantity of meat to juice. It’s pretty expensive as well! Again, I’ll continue to buy it because my very picky dog loves it, so it’s worth removing the fat!

My Great Dane has been eating Evanger's canned food all his life. As you may or may not know their life expectancy is six to eight years, mine is pushing twelve I don't think any thing else need be explained!

This is my second review of Evanger's Hunk of Beef Dog Food. I praised the product in my first, however, I have to pull back a bit now. My Goldens love it; but as a buyer I'm finding, in my opinion, more fluids and less beef. I used to get two meals per day from one can, but now I'm lucky to get one. I'm sorry Evanger's, but as I see it, you've cut back on a quality product, plus raised the price. I have an order in now, and if the product control has remained the same, I'm afraid we will part ways.
