I ordered this in August and by November it was practically useless. At that point I had to charge my laptop with the usb-c inserted in just such a way--with something pressing against it--that the light came on to tell me it was working. That meant I could not use it while charging. Now, in December, it will not charge at all. I sought customer support and heard nothing. I will gladly pay more for better quality.

I bought 2 same chargers for my 2 laptops but one does not work anymore after 4 weeks, I contacted with seller and they sent me a new one. Very good attitude and excellent customer care.
