Use only as a last resort when a real file won't fit. Be cautious, these leave grit behind and it can stick on contacts making them worse yet. Also available elsewhere for about $3. I use contact files almost daily yet haven't needed one like this in many years. It's better to remove the relay or contact if needed to get access with a steel file.

This works really well for cleaning tight areas. I wouldn't recommend using it to clean switches on pinball machines because it's pretty coarse. Overall very satisfied.

Bought 2 of these and it's made like someone took paper and tried to glue sand to it. It falls off just by gently rubbing with a finger. Used it on one silver contact and all the grit came off total junk! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.
