This is an amazing purse/backpack hanger in many ways. Its strong, opens easily and is quite elegant. Its super easy to use - just open it and slide onto the table. There's a grip on the edge that grips the table so it holds fairly well. However, a good yank on the purse will dislodge it and a glass, plate or elbow can accidentally shove it over the edge. In terns of security, although its much safer to hang your purse in front of you or a little to the side, in a noisy, crowded bar or restaurant, it would be very easy for someone to walk by and just slide it and your purse right off the table and run. It also doesn't fit deep tabletops or counters. But for the right table in the right restaurant, its a much better way to hang your purse. Its also great for backpacks and tote bags. And I love that it'll hold up to 35 lbs.

This is so handy and convenient to keep my purse off the floor at home and not have it take up counter or table space. I simply place the hook on the edge of my entry way table and when I head out, I just grab my purse and the hook easily closes with a magnet and fits into even a small purse. I often change my purses depending on my outfit and for my current one, it clips onto the handle so I don't have to dig for it in the purse (it's a boho bag type). The edge of the hook that sits on the table edge is covered with a silicone type cover to prevent it from sliding, yet it doesn't detract from the magnet closure capability of the folded hook.

The Klypsta Flip Bag Hook is a very elegant design made in various attractive finishes. While it will not work on every table or with every bag, it will work with most bags in most situations. One issue is the width of table it will accommodate, and the others are the drop of the bag handles and the width of the bag handles. A bag with a long drop may still reach the floor, for example. Still, I find this bag hook extremely nice-looking and actually worthy of carrying around. It doesn't look cheap when you take it out. It will help keep your bag clean and also keep it safe from pickpockets.

This purse hook is sturdy, functional and stylish! I am never one to put my bag on the floor. This looks nice on my bag like a bag charm. The design is artistic and flattering. The hook stays shut magnetically and opens when you need to hang your bag. With the cost of nice bags these days, it's a very good value at the asking price of $34.95 when ordered. This is like an insurance policy for your pretty and expensive bag. This hook helps keep your bag clean, safe and at the ready. This is such a useful item. You can use it anywhere. If you don't wish to hang it from your bag strap, you can store it inside the velvety bag it comes in and put it inside your purse instead. This is a perfect gift for anyone that values their bags and want to keep them nice. The artistic and stylish design elevates this bag hook over many others that I have seen.

This is a nifty little gadget. It comes in a little velvet bag, and I just keep it in my purse for when there might be limited places to put my purse while I'm out. It works well and holds a good amount of weight. My purse is not light by any means, and it holds my purse just fine. The only minor quibble is that it has some trouble with round-edged tables. It still works, but it's a little precarious. If you bump it on a round-edged table, it's likely to slip off. Also, its price is a bit steep; it's well-made and handy, but I can't see paying over twenty for it. If cost isn't too much of a consideration, though, I definitely recommend it.

What I like best about this bag hook is the way it looks. Naturally, its functionality is also excellent, but I have found many others to be overly flashy or cheap looking for my tastes. This one, however, is sleek, polished, with a sophisticated appearance. I love its minimalistic design too. The quality is exceptional, and the hook works incredibly well. The table-side has a rubber lining for stability, preventing it from shifting or sliding. The bag-side hook is also deep enough to securely hold my purse and eliminate any worry of it falling off the hook or the table. Beyond its appearance and quality, it also has a magnet that hold the sides together when not in use. This is by far the best bag hook I’ve used and most likely the last I will need.

If the table is 2 inches thick or more the clip can not hold. Pub and bar tables are often very thick and that is one of the places I would most want to use this clip. I have round purse clip that just opens and can accommodate thick tables or it can clip around a chair rung. This clip looks nice and is well made but the design is limited in its usefulness.

Very useful bag hook that looks cute, too. I especially like that it has a magnetic closure. You can loop it around a purse strap, close it, and not worry about it opening up and getting lost. I use it every time we go out to eat.
