I agree with others that this is one of the best iPad mini keyboard cases on the market. There are some great features here that allow for versatile positions, different viewing angles, and I like that the keyboard itself can be backlit. What is great about it is the keyboard can be detached magnetically - no need to slide it out which I was originally worried about. It is basically used as the cover. The back case holds the iPad in and there is a flap which allows for horizontal viewing or vertical viewing. The vertical viewing is a little more rickety because the surface it rests upon is a shorter length and could tip over side to side, especially on non-flat /rigid surfaces (aka my bed)The keyboard itself is a little smaller in key size, which is necessary to fit for the iPad mini, so if you have larger hands or fatter fingers, this might be an issue. The backlit capability makes it usable in all settings (aka my bed again at night). I do wish that the case had a way of holding the pencil in - as mine has the tendency to want to fall off. This is one of the main things I think it lacks. It does make the iPad mini more bulky, but I think the functionality is great and is one of the best solutions I have seen out there. I wish it had more colors!

This quality backlit Bluetooth keyboard, types flawlessly and the case has effectively protected my iPad mini. This keyboard case was $69.99 at the time of purchase and writing this review. The magnet that attaches the keyboard to this case is weak and there are less expensive backlit keyboard cases now sold on Amazon that have track pads built in.

Really great! Keyboard is similar to Logitech keyboard. Most keys are easy to use. The - and , key you have to use the Control button to get to it.Someone mentioned about the charger hole being a little too small. I would agree with this.Pencil holder magnet could be much stronger. It would be nice to have a pencil carrier in the back of the case.Bluetooth connectivity very easy to use. Overall a great case!

The Accrosoo brand sells at least two different iPad mini keyboard cases. I have experience now with this model F25 and with the less expensive but also less decent F22 model. With the F25 the keyboard is detachable from the rest of the iPad mini case and is simply a better overall product. The other F22 model does not have a backlight, which is fine, but its biggest drawback is that it charges using a proprietary magnetic cable. This F25 model keyboard on the other hand boasts a USB-C port for charging – as well as backlighting – and I much prefer this approach over any proprietary cable.THE CASEThis keyboard case has a fairly straightforward design. The keyboard is integrated into one half of the case and is detachable from the other half. The iPad half of the case is a silicone surround that encloses the iPad mini like many common iPad cases. The back side features a stiff flap that folds out to create a stand. Unlike the F22 case there is no awkwardness when opening up this case. The flap allows the iPad mini to sit in landscape as well as portrait, another nice touch. Of course, to use portrait mode the keyboard should be detached first. An Apple Pencil can be attached to the iPad mini indirectly through the side of the case and be charged that way.The keyboard has an integrated magnet that will turn off the iPad when closed. I wasn't expecting this but I'm glad the feature is there!I really like that the keyboard can be detached to split the case into two pieces. The two halves are connected with a long, thin magnet. I like that I could elevate the iPad on a stand above the keyboard for a more ergonomic setup. I can even prop up the detached keyboard for a nicer typing angle, too.The keyboard can be reattached turned around, too. This allows the keyboard to fold behind the iPad with the keys hidden away.THE KEYBOARDThanks to the small size of the iPad mini anyone designing a keyboard case has to make compromises with the key layout. What we have here is effectively a 40% keyboard plus separate number and function rows. The power button is incorporated into the function row.The layout is pretty well thought out and more usable than some competitors' iPad mini keyboards.I am a 40% keyboard user so I don't find the layout difficult to adapt to. The whole keyboard layout is quite cramped out of necessity but I still find it usable even with the small keycap size. I wouldn't want to type a 10,000 word essay on this keyboard but I have been using it for messaging, short emails, notes, etc. I typed much of this write up using this keyboard.Holding down the left control key enables access to the third character on some of the keys. The flat typing angle is not great but because the keyboard can be detached, that could be remedied by propping up the keyboard a bit. This keyboard does not include a touch pad. I'm quite ok with that because I find non-Apple touchpads generally lacking in usability and functionality. I would rather use the touch screen on the iPad for greater accuracy. The keyboard has backlighting. Three brightness levels are controlled by a key next to the space bar. I wish the backlight control could have been place elsewhere as I normally like to have a Command key in that spot. But it is what it is.The open case is stable enough to use on my lap but it's small and uncomfortable to use that way. I recommend placing the case on a solid, flat surface for typing. When pairing with Bluetooth the keyboard appears with device name "F25 Keyboard".Overall I feel this is one of the best iPad mini keyboard cases on the market. It is well thought out, can be used in many ways and protects the iPad mini quite well. If you are looking at the F22 model and can stretch the budget a bit the F25 is the model to get.

Great item in terms of functionality, but I did find it a little bulky. Plus, unlike the keyboard for iPad Pro, this one does not connect to iPad mini directly, only via Bluetooth. The good news is that after you initially sync it with iPad it connects automatically. A bit of an inconvenience, it has to be charged separately, via USB-C connection. It is also a bit bulky, but the plus of that is that the iPad is fairly well-protected. I also like that the keyboard can be easily disconnected, the attachment is magnetic. While there is a space to attache a pencil, you can't charge it while it it is attached.Overall, a nice product except for separate charge for the keyboard and not being able to charge the pencil via attaching it. I would still recommend it.
