This is a great set for people who are seeking to work on their hand, fingers and forearm strength. Its a 9 piece set with a device or tool to target each muscle group that is from your elbow down. Highly recommend!

Overall initial impression: If you're looking to strengthen your grip and firm up your forearms, this is a good choice. With one exception (see below) the various devices feel solidly made and durable, and there's a nice variety of resistances so you can work your way up as your strength increases. The price point seems very fair. I can recommend the Aquohola Grip Strength Trainer Kit..Pros:- The "Forearm Gripper" has nice slip-resistant "rubberized" handles, easy adjustment for greater or lesser resistance, and an accurate counter you can use if you lose track of how many reps you've done.- The pairs of "Stress Relief Grip Balls" (they're actually egg-shaped), "Finger Stretchers," and "Hand Strengthener Grip Rings" have different degrees of resistance, which is again good for those who are just starting out with this type of exercise training. Each of these devices has the added advantage of allowing you to improve the strength of your thumbs, which is something often overlooked in conventional grip trainers.- The instruction sheet is actually pretty well written with helpful illustrations, even though some of the devices seem self-explanatory.- The Kit comes with a nylon storage bag that seems solidly constructed. A nice addition to the kit. (See accompanying photo.).Cons:The "Finger Exerciser" is useful, but it feels like it's not made to last. (I'm not too concerned about that, though, because all the other devices are more than enough for training your grip/forearm strength.).Overall:I'm glad I had the opportunity to evaluate the Aquohola Grip Strength Trainer Kit. At the current price point ($13.99 as of January 8, 2025) it's a solid value. I can recommend it without hesitation.

I got these this grip trainer kit after being told that gentle grip strengthening may be helpful for some people as their hands develop aches and pains. The green and light blue are noticeably easier for me to squeeze, so must be the lower resistance. The pieces are, in general, good quality and appear durable. However, the light blue and dark blue Gripmasters seem like they will not last as long. There is an instruction manual for using each item safely. The adjustable hand gripper has a nice counter and adjustable tension which are easy to use. For the price point, these seem to be a good value. Even with some question about the durability of the Gripmasters, the other items exceeded my expectations, therefore, I rate this kit 5 stars.

This kit has a little bit of everything and has quite a few grip trainers that I've never tried before. I think the variety is really nice for keeping things challenging. I am using these for PT after a surgery, trying to build back to my previous hand strength. The main reason I got this kit is because the forearm trainer is advertised as be adjustable up to 132 lbs of resistance. I was specifically looking for something that would offer more resistance than the 90 lb trainer that I own. I was disappointed that the max resistance feels exactly the same as the 90lb version. I have a good quality hand strength tester (dynamometer) and it is telling me I can currently squeeze at around 125-130lbs. I can do over 20 reps of this trainer at a time when it's at full resistance so I don't think it's anywhere near 132lbs.Besides that, this is a pretty nice set, just not very challenging if you're looking to do higher resistance training.Adjustable forearm trainer: as mentioned not 132lbs, more like 90 ish max. Comfortable. The counter is a cool feature but limits the range of motion a little.2 finger trainers: these feel easy but the value in these are to just continuously fidget with them for a long time, flexing your fingers in different patterns. I like this idea and they are comfortable to use.Finger stretchers: I've never used these and they are insanely hard to do. I'd say I have considerably strong hands and the lowest setting was burning after a handful of these. I'm not sure what these help with but they are clearly doing something challenging.2 Donuts: I like these to just hold and squeeze as a different kind of fidget. It's nice when I'm having nerve pain and don't want to do something high resistance. There are a comfortable medium.Stress ball eggs: these are just semi squishy eggs. I think I like these the least but they do offer a different fidget option. You don't really get any range of motion using these, just the end of your grip squeeze. For under $15 this is an amazing deal for a nice variety of grip trainers that will give you a solid foundation or a great progression for beginners.
