This punching bag set is a great addition for a fun and intense workout. The 4ft bag is a solid size for boxing workouts. The PU material feels durable, and the included 12oz gloves are comfortable and offer decent protection. This is a very nice high quality punching bag. Nice and leather. Very soft to the touch. Really nice boxing gloves and stuff as well as an exerciser for your wrist and forearms to strengthen your muscles and nose as well. I don't really care for the jump rope. It's super thin and I hate the handles but it is good enough to do the trick that is definite. This does require sand to fill before hanging but for the value it's worth the price to get your own sand this is an extremely nice training set I absolutely love it. I think this is the nicest punching bag Ive ever had the stich work and material it's made of makes me very happy because it's decent quality it sucks having a bad for a week or two before punching a hole into it for being cheap but j wont have this problem this time around and this comes with everything you need besides filler to get started on training and exercise
