This is an amazing bag. It's super dense, like hitting an actual thick-bodied athlete. In fact, it took me several sessions to get used to adjusting my punches and kicks to a tougher target, which is great, because it is less like fighting a pillow and more like actual training for a fight. Just an excellent, well-crafted powerhouse of a bag.I connected mine to our TRX anchor (which is anchored to a ceiling stud), attached with a large, heavy duty carabiner. I chose Oupeng Sky brand, rated to hold 885 lbs and withstand rocking weight--you have to be sure to research the right type because the weight rating is not the same as the weight rating when the bag is swung/struck. If you search this, you should find it on Amazon: "Carabiner Clip, 855lbs,3" Iron Heavy Duty Caribeaners for Hammocks, Camping":https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CWKGZYL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1I wrapped a velcro strap around it to protect against chafing and noise (not needed, just prefer it). I have an 8-foot ceiling and the bag, hanging, has about a 1/4" of space under it, so it's very tight. You can work with 8-feet, but really, you want 9-feet of space from ceiling to floor. That way you can add a spinning carabiner, which is even better than my set up, but we already had the TRX x-mount system and I didn't want to drill more holes.Hands down the best bag I have used for punches and kicks--it makes me work, and it takes everything I throw at it (even escrima sticks!). It's great. Highly, highly recommend.

This PROLAST 6 ft, 150 lb. bag is a replacement for a custom banana bag I had years ago. Even though the brand is different, it really is a good-looking, very functional, and wonderful replacement. I was pleased when I removed the shipping sock. I bought a 200 lb. capacity FIRST LAW FITNESS spider bracket (also bought here on the Amazon website. The complete setup took about 20 minutes with two people.

Couldn’t ask for a better bag! Well packed with cloth(shown in photo taken from the zipper at the top of the bag), firm, and seems built to last. Very happy with my purchase :)
