Got this for my dad on Christmas and he absolutely loves it, quality is awesome. Feels lightly heavy at the base but light at the top, helps with great movement. Nothing wrong with it and it is definitely not poorly made. Im very picky with quality of items so take it from me this is an awesome purchase.

Terrible. It is heavy and I love how heavy it is but as soon as you charge it, it goes to crap. The blade is a good quality and durable. The design is cool but it malfunctions too easily. Not worth it.

I bought this as a gift to my son and he loves it, the handle is all metal it’s rechargeable and very easy to take apart if your wanting to travel with is. It has noise effects just like in the movies and the blade changes colors. It comes with everything you need for it you won’t need to purchase any batteries. The quality of the handle is awesome I would definitely recommend especially for the value it is.

The lightsaber is durable, looks good, has multiple colors and is definitely worth $87 I'm my opinion. I have a cheaper lightsaber and a $500 light saber from another dealer. I bought two.

Based on the "etched" design, I somewhat assumed it was more of a display piece. But as soon as I took it out of the packaging, I knew I wasn't going to be swinging it around much. Compared to my other sabers, it's very heavy, even without the blade installed

First off, this thing is amazing. I have a lightsaber from Disneyland and I *wish* they had even 10% of the features this thing has. It's more responsive to 'combat' and motion, you can easily change the blade color with a flick of the wrist, you can charge it without having to completely disassemble the entire thing, and it just *feels* more solid. However, there are cons and some are pretty annoying. Firstly, you need to use a small allen wrench to remove the blade - so if you're using it in a cosplay expect to have it on your hip or held the entire time, taking the blade on and off is not a quick swap. Secondly, there's a lot of gestures you need to keep track of (or just carry the instructions with you everywhere). Hold 2 blinks blade facing down in standby mode quick flick your wrist... what? Thankfully turning it on/off and changing the blade color are easy to remember, but adjusting sound effects/volume I have to re-read the instructions each time.Another area that's really neat but needs improvement is the sound effects. It comes with 3 background effects (imperial march, end credits, and binary sunset) but no easy way to turn them on/off other than swapping between them. Same thing with the vocal sound clips - you can hear them when switching between them but there's no way to pick a single one and activate it at will (at least not that I can tell, and nothing in the instructions).

The engravings on these really make them stand out from most of the common dualling sabers I've looked at.good weight to them, feels sturdy!NOTE: I have not charged / powered on yet as they are Christmas gifts but I must say I am excited for the battle we will be having. Will add updates as they come
