Your cart is empty.The Hole in One Basket solves the problem of your pump basket clogging up with debris when you attach a Suction Side Automatic Cleaner at your skimmer. The idea is simple. The hole in the bottom allows the cleaner hose to slide through the basket and connect to the skimmer line. All surface debris is trapped in the Hole in One Basket just like a standard skimmer basket. A simple solution to a big problem. Keep the flow. You would use the same skimmer adapter or regulator that came with your cleaner. So, the installation of the Hole in One Basket is easy. No complicated adjustments to get the right fit. No Vacuum Plates to adjust or install. Just line it up so that the hole is over the automatic cleaner’s skimmer adapter and put the lead cleaner hose through the hole. Dimensions: Bottom width: 5.56 inches Basket Depth: 5.20 inches Top width: 8.20 inches Hole will fit a standard 1 ½” hose through it. Please measure your skimmer opening carefully as the Hole in one basket does not fit all skimmers. Most returns are due to this issue of proper fit. Thank you.

The quality of material looks solid and the hole suits well for any standard vacuum hose. It also fits well in the skimmer. It could be cheaper but being a rare item I get the price

The only caveat is that once it is seated in the skimmer, it is difficult to get out. But it works great.

The hold is fixed and if you have a skimmer that has a weird configuration, there's no way to make it fit. Waste of money.

I use a Zodiac MX6 vacuum that goes directly to my skimmer suction hole. A basket sits too high above the tubing that is fed through, so proper skimming doesn’t happen and what does get stuck in the skimmer is gross and time consuming to get out by hand. I have a mesquite tree that drops leaves. So, I found the Hole In One and it helps. It at least traps most of the debris. It’s cumbersome to take the vacuum off so the skimmer can work for the top of the water, and you can’t get the bakery out without taking the vacuum off, since it’s all fed through the hole in one basket. Just takes a little time. The concept is great. Some fine debris can make it past the basket through the hole. When you disconnect the vacuum to bring the basket up, some debris goes through the hole and sits in the skimmer chute until you clean it out by hand or turn the pump in to suck it straight to the filter(which I don’t like to do). Overall, good concept.
