This workout shirt definitely delivers on making you sweat—it really ramps up the heat during exercise. The fabric traps warmth well and helps me break a serious sweat. Just a heads-up: it runs tight and gets tricky to take off once it’s wet (kind of like peeling off a wet swimsuit), so I’d recommend sizing up. It’s comfortable during workouts and feels durable overall. A solid pick if you're looking to boost your sweat game!

I ordered a medium in this sauna shirt and it fits well. It’s a bit stiffer than my other workout t-shirts but the stiffness does not affect the fit. I definitely sweat a lot more in this top and it has moisture wicking so you sweat a lot but don’t feel horribly sweaty. I have sauna shorts that don’t have moisture wicking and I can really tell the difference. The sauna effect coupled with moisture wicking makes this top a game changer compared to other sauna sweat workout wear.

Overall, it works well and does its job. It is semi comfortable to wear but it is a bit tight on the arms. It is stretchy and the size is based on the chart.

This sauna shirt is just what I expected. It's a bit stiff and tricky to put on, as I think they all are. It will make you sweat just like it's supposed to. I haven't had my own sauna shirt before, so I was pleasantly surprised that it can be washed and dried. Thank goodness! I bought my usual size and it fits as I expected it too. There's enough room to get it on over my head. It's fitting enough to do it's job, but it's not too tight.

You will really sweat in this top wqhen you are in a far infared sauna or just really working it in the gym.I was pleasantly or unpleasantly surprised how sweaty I could get. The problem was I had a challenge getting it off over my head. Something I hadn't thought of. Next one will be a size up instead of 'mean't to fit' size. My mistake.I also will go long sleeve if I'm trying for the best results.It was comfortable enough for it's function. And certainly delivers the sweat.I hand wash & air dry inside out. There has never been a left over odor issue or anything like that.The price point is average since you can get a top & bottom set for $45+.

HotSuit Sauna Shirt is black on the outside and gray on the inside because the material provides insulated benefits. Made of high quality stretch my fabric, it will help lock in the heat so you can swear and burn more body fat. It would have been nice to have the bottom half as well but this was top only. The neck and arms are a good size, and won't cut off circulation. The style is casual and the color will match a variety of outfits. Wear it as an undershirt and burn calories all day. Read the instructions to see what is the time limit for wearing this sauna shirt. I was planning to sleep in it and burn calories while I dream. Not sure if it's recommended, but sounds good.Have you ever slept in your sauna suit? If not why? If so how did it feel. I've never worn something like this before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The fabric is a bit thicker, stiffer, and slightly crinklier than a normal exercise top. The size I selected fits me well. It was easy to get on and off. It fits me the way it fits their model. I'm 5'2" 120 lbs 32A and I ordered their small. It doesn't feel big or too tight on me it feels fine. I would say that it does trap heat and make you sweat. I had a layer of sweat trapped between my skin and the shirt when I used it the other day. I felt compelled a couple of times to take it off to be perfectly honest but I resisted. You get that sticky feeling when you work out in this shirt. When I took it off it was drenched in sweat. I washed it inside out and air dried it and it still looks good. Stitching and everything looks fine, like the shirt will last me a while.I like the shirt and I think the quality is fine but it will heat you up while you work out. It's something that I need to get used to.

This sauna shirt works. It's perfect for when you are working out or doing housework. It is soft , fits nicely, and is very comfortable.
