Q: Is it normal for the handle to have some movement?
A: Yes, this is by design. A slight handle movement ensures long-term durability. It allows for temperature changes and side forces during travel. If the handle were too tight, it could become stuck or break over time, so this small flexibility is beneficial.
Q: Should there be a key for the lock?
A: No key is included because the suitcase features a standard TSA-approved lock. This lock is designed for TSA agents to open for security checks if needed, while you set your own combination for personal use. This ensures both security and convenience during your travels.
Q: Is this an all aluminum suitcase?
A: We offer two versions of this suitcase: an all aluminum model and a PC model with aluminum frame. You can choose between these options in the color selection section of our product page. For the PC version, the main body is made of premium polycarbonate (PC) while the frame, telescopic handle, corner guards, and other structural components are crafted from aluminum.

Quiet luxury!! Looks like that ONE gorgeous luxury suitcase (we all know)! Super high quality DURABLE build, sturdy aluminum corners and lightweight ABS body. Smooth wheels. Very roomy inside. I loved traveling with it so much that I’m going to order another size! I personally would purchase the ABS one rather than the full aluminum body, due to weight. Thank you

Could not get bottom latch to release on latch closest to wheels. Had to have someone help me open my luggage. I really love the design. Can’t get into them by myself.

I love this suitcase!!! The lock feature is amazing and sturdy (I accidentally locked myself out of it and was shocked with how difficult it was to break into it). It’s super study and rolls amazingly. Would recommend.

Suit case is durable and very stylish. I'm probably going to buy a bigger one for my longer travels. Threw one star off cause the handle can feel flimsy, with or without clothes/shoes inside. Ive reinforced it, however the manufacturer should look into making it more sturdy to match its overall quality. Mine came with a protective case which is nice to have if they end up having to check it last minute since I purchased a carry on size.
