The first thing you'll notice is how well the DockBook is packaged. Once you unbox it, you'll notice that it has a good weight to it. It fits well on my desk (see photo), and worked immediately upon inserting my MacBook Pro. The video took about 2 seconds to turn on. Very well designed and stylish.p.s.They also have outstanding customer service

I bought this in April of this year. Yes, I am just now getting around to writing a review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and I don't use my MacBook a lot.So, for 150.00 plus tax, you would expect it to start right up every single time. Well, it doesn't. Sometimes, I have to remove and reinsert my MacBook 3-4 times to connect. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I had known the problems I'd be facing, I would have returned it. Save your money. Look elsewhere.I also think it was a used model. The inserts that came with the product were bent up and stuck inside like an afterthought.

If you have a basic notebook without a thick case and no secondary screen mounted to it then it should work fine. It’s a little pricey for what it is but it does have a sleek appearance to it.Overall would be waaaaay better if you could adjust for a thicker case or second screen.

great looking product, the price is very high compared to other docking station options. I bought it for the sleek look, it is very. good looking, was a little disappointed with the usability. Would have returned it if i started using using it earlier.

The product is study and the two usb c-ports work with my Apple brand dongles for a dual screen setup.I wish there was an extra usb-c and 1-3 regular usb ports on the docking station for wireless mouse/keyboard and usb stick

I'm using this with my MacBook Pro M2 chip, just purchased the laptop a week ago. This dock basically extends the two USB-C type ports to the back of the dock. It's still up to you to provide the proper USB-C power, and if you're wanting to use an external monitor, you'll use an adapter for that on the second USB-c port on the dock. The dock is very well made, looks nice on the desk, and does what it's supposed to do. If it wasn't made so well, I'd say it's overpriced.
