Great product, works like a charm. The price was seriously increased by the shipping and handling charge. I’m used to Prime and didn’t notice these aren’t covered. I should have noticed, that’s my failure. I was surprised when the total bupill was more than &90.00!

I started out using these cuffs in hydro-therapy. When I needed to continue therapy at home, I ordered these as I gelt they were the best out there. These provide a great workout. Depending on your weight, purchase the appropriate size or remove some of the blocks. You don’t want to have your ankles at the surface of the water!

This is a great product, fits well and is easily adjustable. I use it 5 to 10 hours per week for deep water aerobics and for cardio workout.

Im a water fitness instructor and I go to conference with AEA and we try all kind of equipment to use in the water. I have the opportunity to try the cuff and they work great. I have clients that they can use it as a water belt; put it on the arms, ankles, just depend what kind of exercises you wanna work with.The good thing is you can open the cuff and take away one of the foams to make it little bit less buoyant.Material quality is good.

I had good results using this item provided by my fitness center. I purchased a set for my own for deep water flotation exercise. The snap buckles were suitable for my purpose. However, the model that secures the cuff with only a velcro strap may be more convenient for some.

In the water, Aqua cuffs are great tool to facilitate stretching, and flexibility. I have had two knee replacements and these help me keep a good bend at knees, as well as, overall muscle stretching and strengthening. They are also wonderful for resistance when water walking... but pay attention, and keep your legs under you when you get over your head otherwise they will flip you up like a buoy. I won't be living without these for the years to come as they help me walk and feel great.
