I ordered these Jean Shorts for Women Stretchy Bermuda Denim Shorts to wear this summer; I liked the longer, vintage style length.These cut off jean shorts are made from a blend of 85% cotton/10% polyester/5% elastane. They’re a lightweight stretch denim, and that elastane gives them a fair amount of give. They have frayed “cut off” hems with a line of stitching got keep them from fraying further. I’m short (5’2”) and these hit just above my knee; I prefer to wear them with a slim double roll at the hem for a neater appearance. Even with the roll, they’re a little over an inch above the natural hem.The denim fabric is sturdy and not too heavy for warm weather. I might not reach for these on a 100 degree day, but they’re great for regular spring and summer wear, and I can see myself wearing them into the fall as well. These look great with a tunic top or a cotton button down shirt; they’re also nice styled more casually with a tee or tank.These shorts have two good sized front pockets. Under the pockets there’s faux distressing; the shorts are cut and frayed to look aged. When I wear a tunic or untucked shirt, this is covered. I don’t usually wear distressed denim, so it’s a bit of a novelty for me. It’s a nice change, but I’m glad it’s just one area of the shorts; an overall distressed look wouldn’t be my style.I ordered the dark blue wash; the color is slimming and the dark color and long line are figure flattering to my hourglass figure.We have two big road trips coming up soon, 1600 miles round trip twice to take my teenager to music camp and bring him home again, so he can head out to opera camp. I wanted a pair of shorts that were comfortable, wouldn’t show dirt or wrinkles, and could be styled a variety of ways for the trip. My son has so much gear to take to camp, I’m trying to travel light with a capsule wardrobe.These shorts are just what I was looking for; I can dress them up a bit with a cotton or linen tunic and ballet flats, or dress them down with a tee and sneakers. They’re comfortable for driving and can go just about anywhere we’re likely to wind up on this trip. And I can rewear them without it being obvious; denim shorts are a wardrobe basic that doesn’t stand out like a wild pattern or color.Love the vintage feel; these remind me of Baby’s shorts in Dirty Dancing. Style these with flat Keds and an oversized button down, and dance the summer away.

Love love love these shorts! I usually wear size 10-12 and got a size L. They fit great! Not too loose, not too tight. The color, length, and details are just like in the pictures. I kind of want a pair in a different color!The denim is incredibly soft with good stretch. They don't dig in anywhere and are comfortable to wear for a long time. The zipper works well and the pockets aren't teeny tiny (they're still on the smaller side but I can fit most of my phone in there, so I'd consider that a success). I washed and dried in the machine with no issue.

I ordered Size XL/ in the Color: B-blue, in these Bermuda Denim Jean Shorts. I could have ordered a size L due to the waist being really loose, but they fit well in the thigh area. I gave 4 Stars only because I am short and the length is much longer, (hitting a little above my knees.) They will work perfectly, if you are taller than me, (5’2”.) I will double-roll them & everything will be fine, problem solved! They are 85% Cotton,10% Polyester, 5% Elastane. The shorts have a nice stretch. I will style them with denim button down shirt or wear casually with a bathing suit at the pool or on the beach!

I have a thing for black shorts and jeans, especially those with holes or a distressed wash. These are great! I'm 5' 7" and 150 lbs and I purchased the large. They fit well without being skin tight or cutting into me. They have a nice high rise like I prefer. I also like the slightly longer Bermuda length to hide some not so firm spots on my upper thighs. Just keepin' it real, lol! I have washed and dried them (extra low) and they turned out well. I have no complaints, cute comfy shorts.

I think I need a pair of these for every day of the week. Takes me back to 2009 when allllll the jeans were made out of 60% elastic (exaggerated) it has the same stretchy feel. I’m 5’4, they touch the top of my knee cap. I probably could’ve sized down, but honestly, I love how comfortable they are that I’m good with them being on the little more loose size.

These are very comfortable jean shorts with plenty of stretch so the fabric moves with you and doesn't bind or pinch. I like that they are a longer length short, for me they come to the top of the knee as a true Bermuda short should. I have other Bermuda shorts that end a couple inches higher, but I like these much better. The front pockets are deeper than most women's pants, and I appreciate that, however the back pockets are just a wee bit smaller than other shorts but I can still tuck my wallet or cell phone into them. The fray around the pant legs is a more casual look, and they have stitching around the hemline to prevent unravelling, a very nice touch!For me, I should have ordered the next smaller size since these are slightly baggy, it's hard to get a good fit with women's clothes because there seems to be no industry standard in sizing. I normally wear a size 16, and these are a little loose, so hopefully that will help you determine what size to order.These launder well, I wash them in cold water and always hang laundry to dry. These do not come out stiff as cardboard like other jean shorts do, but remain very comfortable.I am very pleased with the look and performance of these jean shorts and would get them again, but in the next smaller size.
