The dp-2 is a new, affordable dosing pump with 2 dosing heads. You can program each pump to come on up to 24 times a day and dispense a precise amount of solution, which allows a user to keep their tank parameters stable, and removes the need for mixing supplements daily. The controller is easy to use and advanced, and each pump can be programmed individually. The dp-2 is perfect for any tank, as it allows for dosing in both large and small increments. The dp-2 comes with a power supply and is plug and play after it is calibrated with a 100ml graduated cylinder or measuring cup (not included).

Pump works well although the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Something to note though for those having trouble with precision. Remember to do your calibration with the exact liquid you’ll be using. Different liquids have different densities so 100mls of one liquid won’t be the same as another causing you to either overshoot or undershoot if you didn't do your cal with the liquid your trying to dose if that makes sense. It’s just a simple pump it can’t account for that factor

This is a very good dozer easy to program and it works great the power lite is very bright so if you don’t have a cabinet it will brighten up your room

I lost mine somewhere in my mess, but I have same like this, but 4 pumps and it's great for the price you pay. I would like to see weekly schedule, which would make it better for dosing micro and macro alternately, but... you can't have everything when you pay that little. Go for WiFi version if you can spend a bit more.

New to dosing for my saltwater tank and didnt want to fork out 3-$400 for a brand name dose pump. But learned the hard way, you probably get what you pay for in the long run.This pump keeps its program settings which are not difficult to enter; however, it WILL NOT dispense the amount calibrated for and/ or amount programmed. The primary reason is because it looses its prime. I have tried placing the dose containers above and below the pump as well as made the tubing as short as possible, all to no avail. Constantly have to re-prime the pumps for it to work OK for a few days. May as well dose by hand. I am out of town a fair amount and this is not a probable solution.Off to try another brand and will pay 4-5 times the cost, but if it works and I can count on it, then I will have accomplished what I set out to do in the first place.Don't waste your $

Solid 3 stars. Gets the job done and is pretty easy to use. One of the two pump heads did not work but I only really needed one anyway. Even after calibrating it was still about 1ml off, which is pretty substantial. Just something to be aware of

Shopping for a dosing pump turned up lots of surprises and this little gem is one of the surprises. Precise dosing - check. Reliable - check. Easy to use - check. If you are looking for a cheap and reliable dosing pump this is it. I use this on my reef aquarium and dose carbon with it and it has been very precise. You will have to go to YouTube to learn how to use and calibrate it as the instructions are a bit lacking in both translation and information. Some of these pumps have the mechanism installed backward which was what my model had. No worries YouTube had the answers and once I corrected the issue it has been flawless. I have had this for several months and it has been working well. Many people have had it for a couple of years and have not had any issues. In my opinion this is one of the surprisingly reliable and good quality dosing pump. It feels a bit cheaply made but it works as advertised.

It works perfectly. So far its been about 3 months and it is still spot on and so are my parameters. I started out dosing 5ml of each 2 part and slowly raised it to the needs of my coral and have now landed on 10ml of each 2 part b-ionic calcium and alkalinity in my 25 gallon lagoon. The only bad thing is that now I am used to a doser for the 2 part that I was able to move on to dose other products. Now I am at the point I wish I bought the dp4 in the first place. I would only buy this one if you are adding to the dp4 and you are sure you took care of all your extra dosing needs.
