Had a problem- not only did they help me by quickly responding to my e-mails, but they sent me another pad as we thought the first was defective! I did not even ask them to do this. Do business with them! Another vendor sent me a pad which lasted maybe a month before a connection broke- too bad for me!Really nice case, easy to set up & use. Directions could be a bit larger.

Product as described. Finally found a case that fits my ancient iPad! Keyboard works great and is easy to charge and connect. The keyboard comes with easy instructions. Great price point. Highly recommend.
Fantastic lighting and easy to install

Great fit and functioning case. Build quality is sturdy and does not feel cheap however, I wish there was a better application to the Apple Pencil. The bottom of the case when opened has a recessed spot for a pencil, but it is quite difficult to remove it when needing to use it without fidgeting around the back of the case with your hands.

I needed a keyboard to go with my iPad. I bought this one because of the reviews and price. What they don’t mention however is the keyboard is not secured to the case at all, it basically flops around and has to be held in by a magnet. It works well enough.
