This is a heavy, solid hitch receiver. It fit my Terrain perfect. The instructions estimate a 30 minute install... and it could have been IF they had included the correct bolts to fit my vehicle. But instead I ended up going to the local hardware store to find the correct ones. That in itself was no less than a 30 minute ordeal. Once mounted it looked pretty good... until I went to insert the hitch. As noted by another review... hitch would not fit because of the slag left in the opening. Lucky I have tools to remedy it... but that was another 30 minutes of grinding to get it to work as advertised. So it only gets 4 stars.

There were missing bolts and the bolts that were included weren't even the right ones.

This fits perfectly on my 2017 Equinox. As other reviews stated, you will likely need to re-tap the holes for the side brackets. In fact, I would just go ahead and do that before getting started. You'll also need some bolt fishing wire, which you can make or get on here for a couple bucks.

All the bolts that came with this were the wrong size I had to go buy bolts to make it work. And it also the ball points down a little bit because it’s not level when you put it all in there and there’s nothing I can do to change that. Very disappointed

This hitch fit perfectly to my vehicle it was easy to install and works great no issues. Great product.
