It's been a while since I genuinely didn't like a product. This one managed to both piss me off AND break in the first use...My other pool brush poles have drain holes at the bottom, however, they are at 3 and 9 o'clock, so when you pull the pole out of the water, it drains left/right instead of fore/aft, or 12/6 o'clock. This pole has the holes fore/aft, so when you pull the pole out, you get a jet of water right on your feet. Which got me immediately, and while I admit I was not wearing proper footwear (socks and sandals, don't judge), it definitely felt like a prank. So then literally not 30 seconds later, I was scrubbing the walls, the sections disassembled about 2 sections from the brush, and I had to fish out the departed pole section from the bottom with another pole/hook I have for my robot. It didn't break per se, but the clips holding the pole sections together are simply not strong enough to support any real submerged sweeping action. Hashtag unimpressed.This product will not be staying in our house, sadly.
