I had wooden floors refinished and this product was recommended by the professional floor refinisher. Came with 2 pads, easy on/off, and the bottle of cleaner goes a long way. Have been very happy

I had a Hardwood floor installed and this is the only product that my installer recommended. He even gave me a link to it. It’s a superior product. Does a great job On my Hardwood and I can even use it on my tile floor no need to swap products and no residue left over. And the mop is high-quality sprays just the right tiny amount. A little bit of this goes along way as you dilute with water.

Update: I tried some methods I found online and it started working. Updated my reviewI used one of these mops for 2 years and loved it until the sprayer stopped working. Bought a new one but didn’t use it right away. Just tried it today and the sprayer doesn’t work on the brand new one! I am too late to return it so I’m stuck with it and it’s pretty useless without the spray feature

It seemed expensive but I have PurParket floors and decided to follow their recommendations. I also have other engineered floors upstairs. This mop is maneuverable, and does not leave the floors sticky and in the sunlight I can see that there are no paw prints or streaks left. Very clean. I also bought spare pads, and they wash up nicely so you can reuse.

I've just started using this mop but it is leaking. Every time I mop the solution from the bottle will leak down to the mop head. It is so annoying.
