Bought the headset in May 2022 for home use as I telework 2 out of five days a week from home and headband cracked/broke in start of Jan 2023 rendering wearing useless. At that rate, If I had used these same headphones for the other three workdays a week at the office, they would have broken at four months which is a bad return on investment. The break was on main headband attached to the cushion at the point just below the cushion but above the adjustable piece on right ear) which cause the headset to fall off your head as their isn’t a gripping action anymore. If Logitech had put a metal bar within the headband this would not have happened, instead the headband is a hollow plastic shell - hence the break. Up to that point of breakage, I absolutely loved the headset (sound, noise cancellation, wearability) but having it last less than one year when only used for short periods of time for 2 workdays a week makes me feel the return on this investment was poor. Due to the higher cost of this headset, having it break with such minimal useage is very disappointing.
