Not quite as solid as the O.E.M. but then, it's less than half the price. Only real downside is it blows a fuse if used for more that a second or two of adjustment.

I had looked for this mirror at least 6 times and couldn't find it. Then like magic it popped up at Longling. It was delivered on time. It was PERFECT. Yes I am very pleased with the quality, perfect fit and price, This mirror would have cost about $ 350 from a dealer. And because it was exactly identical to the original installing it was not hard at all. THANK YOU LONGLING

It was very easy to install this mirror, and it looks identical to the original. The only reason for four stars is because it is a little bit wobbly when I drive.

It fits my 2018 promaster 2500, wiring was fine, install is easy but it is loose on the folding points and flops around/vibrating while driving. Definitely cheaper than a OEM factory part and does the job but much lower quality.

Turn signal didn’t work and ambient air temperature sensor did not work. The blinker light didn’t look like it fit perfectly.
