About product problems
1. Problem: Hose rupture
Solution:
- You can ask us for replacement hose on Amazon
2. Problem: Standby valve stays in standby mode
Solution:
- Check if the water pressure reaches 4 bar.
- Open the valve cover and turn the gear set by hand to check whether there is any debris stuck in the gears
- If the above two methods do not solve the problem, please contact the seller to replace the standby valve.
3. Problem: Leakage at the joints
Solution:
- Check if the water pressure is more than 5 bar, if more, please adjust to 4 bar.
- Loosen the nut to adjust the sealing ring and retighten it.

4th day..... still spaghetti. I took it out when was sunny, stretched it out for a half a day to have it be more straight.... still same thing. Unions leaky, not the best quality products.
