MaxPower's 561812XB includes (3) 3-N-1 commercial style mulching blades for many 48 in. John Deere mowers. These blades replace OEM #'s GX21784, GX21786 and GY20852. Each blade measures 17 in. L and 2-3/4 in. W and with a 7 point star center hole. Commercial mulching blades feature greater cutting surface for increased mulching performance, sharpened cutting teeth for a precision cut, and a centrifugal air lift design for uniform chopping distribution. Check your owner's manual to verify that the OEM number of the blade being replaced matches one of the OEM numbers provided for this item. Maxpower blades are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Proudly made in the USA.

They seem to be of very good quality. But beware these will not work if you have the John Deere factory mulching insert. They rub into it.

Maybe a cheap price, but these are not cheap, these are proper thick steel so unlikely to bend, highly recommended

I bought this product for the two words mentioned in their details, "Commercial Mulching". I wanted a professional cut using my brand new John Deere S170 without bagging the grass. IMO it did just the opposite. I tried mowing my yard three times. Each time the lawn cut looked like the blades were extremely dull and that the lawn needed cut again the next day. Once I took off these blades and reinstalled the John Deere OE blades, my lawn now looks like it has been cut professionally. I would not recommend these blades.

Delivery was prompt, had to remove the deck on my JD Mower to install. Great blades but think they could be a little sharper for cutting the grass even.

I had to retire the old blades because they were getting too out of balance to correct. The Max Power mulching blades came sharp out of the box. Perfectionists might want to sharpen further, but I don't feel it is necessary, besides a quick sharpening every so often keeps these blades in great shape. As for mulching, these blades do a terrific job. A second run is only needed when the grass is too tall or thick for a perfect mulching.Overall, I have to give these blades a two thumbs up and buy recommendation. As long as you maintain these blades, they will last a long time.

I ordered a set of blades and unfortunately Amazon broke up the set and sent one. I Emailed company and with a smile corrected the order and sent a set of new blades. this was a first time a company really meant they would make it right without any fuss. Wicked nice people I chatted on the phone with. Blades work well no more ripped up lawn. Thank you.

These work fine to help shred leaves in the yard. This prevents a build-up of leaves in the fall.

Got these blades today for my John Deere 48 inch lawn tractor. I've used various mulching blades in the past with mixed results. I'm here to tell you these blades shredded an Acre of leaves like a hot knife thru butter! I left my shute open an did have to make a few extra passes but finished my whole yard in record time. My neighbor even asked what I did with all my leaves, said they'restill there just shredded!! Highly recommend these blades and cost less than blades at Lowe's.Oh one more thing, your not going to believe, made in the USA seriously. I know right hard to believe we make stuff here anymore!!Better get your before the goofs ban them!!!

These blades were a perfect fit for my John deere lawn tractor. I have used numerous brands of mulching blades I won't mention but these beat them all. I have 6 huge oak trees in my yard and needless to say they produce a lot of leaves I have to mulch each fall. One pass using these blades in addition to a mulch plug attachment and my lawn is cleared of the leaves. As far as the quality for cutting the grass they leave the lawn looking as though it was professionally mowed. I don't write a lot of reviews but the manufacturer deserves the recognition for quality workmanship. Oh they are made in America.

Ich habe einen JD X165 und 3 Klingen montiert. Leider bleibt immer ein schmaler Streifen 3-4cm zwischen den Klingen stehen… sehr schade…

These work excellent on my John Deere LA155 with 48" deck. I'm using these to mulch leaves and they do a good job both with the mulch plate installed and also without. I did sharpen them before installing as they were not shipped sharp.I can't see any issue at all with them and trust they will last a long time.
