Introducing our Marble Repair Kit – a must-have kit to maintain your natural stone surfaces. This amazing kit is your one-stop solution for light etching, commonly referred to as “water stains” or “rings” on polished marble, travertine, and other calcite-based stones. It works best on lighter-colored stones. Marble Repair Kit includes: (1) Quart of MB-5 Stone & More Multi Surface Spray Cleaner (1) 8oz MB-11 Touch Up Etch Remover (1) Quart of Finito Ultimate Spray Polish Step 1: MB-5 Surface Cleaner How to Use: With a sprayer about 6 - 8 inches from the surface, spray a light mist over the area to be cleaned. Let the product sit for approximately 30 seconds. Buff the surface dry with a paper towel or a clean white cloth. When the towel becomes wet, discard and start with a fresh one.

Step 2: MB-11 Etch Remover How to Use:

1. Use rubber gloves. Apply approximately 1/8 teaspoon of powder to the dull spot to be restored. 2. Using a spray bottle, spray a mist of water over the powder making sure all the powder is moistened. (The mixture should be wet-paste consistency.) 3. Using a clean, slightly moistened white piece of cotton cloth (a washcloth will do fine), rub until the area treated is dry. 4. To finish with a “professional touch”, spray a bit more water to the areas that are being treated, then using the same part of the cloth with product residue, rub in circles (with a little pressure) until the stone surface is dry and shiny. This will make for a perfect blend. Repeat the process if needed.

Step 3: Finito Ultimate Spray Polish How to Use:

1. Shake well before use. Apply Finito Ultimate Spray Polish by spraying sparingly, but thoroughly over the surface. 2. Buff to a uniform finish using a clean white piece of terry cloth. If you notice some smearing occurring, stop buffing, wait another minute or so, then buff again with a clean white piece of terry cloth. If streaking persists, spray a little bit more product and buff immediately to blend.

I ended up using automotive buffing compound and it worked 10 x better! The etching remover did not work at all on white marble! I tried by hand and using an automotive buffer with lambs wool buffer.

I had such high hopes. Just moved into this almost NEW home. While polished Carrera marble as the kitchen counter and island. Badly etched. The marketing write up on this product gave me hope. I used it this weekend. Zero improvement. I would go as far as to say it looks worse. The surface now looks dull. #helpmerestoremymarble

This worked very well on an apple juice stain. It takes some elbow grease but it shined up and removed the stain completely. Also watched a YouTube video on the application process. This helped very much.

We installed a new marble-topped vanity in our rental home and after 3 months were horrified to see the state or it. Etchings and water marks all over it which refused to shift with marble cleaner or polish. Nothing would remove them.Read god things about this product / system so decided to give it a go. I had some experience of using plastic and glass polish over the years on cars and thought this sounded like the same kind of process - using a fine abrasive paste to remove the blemishes, clean and polish. We were delighted with the performance of the main abrasive powder. It removed every single etch mark without tools and with little effort. It just took patience, a bit of faith and the ability to follow the instructions. After removing the blemishes, we used the cleaner and finally the polish to finish the job. Our marble topped vanity is as good as the day we bought it, and it's reassuring to know that we have plenty of powder, cleaner and polish for future refurbishments. Not cheap but highly effective, and plenty of product left for future renovations.

So impressed with this and much easier to use than instructions seem to imply - we just moved in to our brand new home on May 1st - researched marble before putting in and knew the challenges but just fell in love with Brazilian Crystal Blue Marble - it looks like glaciers and changes color with lighting to more blue as room darkens...so - we do not have children and are pretty meticulous so we put them in. As warned - water and marble do not mix so in just 6 short months and a few parties we had a few water rings from glasses and water spots around sink. I used the product today and every single bit of the spots gone and it was easy. I wore cleaning gloves, sprinkled a little bit of the powder (much less than recommend in directions) - sprayed it wet, used a white kitchen towel to rub paste in a circular motion over spots and once it started to dry up - moved cloth to a cleaner portion to continue to polish - I finished with the marble polish and they look good as new. Added a before and after picture of one area as an example.

Finally, something that worked on my 'natural stone' vanity top. I knew my vanity had complaints from people about staining but I loved the look and fit in my tiny bathroom remodel. I thought I could seal it myself but 'stains' happened anyway. Trying to polish it made it worse. I thought it was the cheap finish. Finally, when I understood the surface was being etched, not stained, I tried MB Stone. Even without a buffer, the results were amazing. The protector seems to prevent most etching too so the surface stays beautiful after restoration and I can finally use it without worrying. Touch ups, if needed, are a breeze. Had I not come across MB Stone I was about to spend $400+ to have a custom top made.

My marble top table was terribly etched. I tried vinegar to restore it. Huge mistake ! The repair kit worked! I had a large area to clean so it took a while to get it done.I do need to repeat the process to ,hopefully, totally restore the tabletop. I'll do this again whenever I have a couple of hours to work on it. That's why I gave the product four stars instead of five. Bottom line, it does work!

Product helped the spots on the marble somewhat, but it appears that it dulled down the entire surface of the slab in order to do so. Even the polishing did not restore the surface to the original gloss. Somewhat disappointed considering the expensive cost.
