I was looking for something durable, the build quality is very good. It feels strong, well made, and the stitching is neat. You can tell it’s not a cheap product. When I wear it, it feels tight around my waist, which is what I wanted. It helps to hide my tummy flap and makes me look thinner under clothes. I feel more confident when I go out. At first, it felt a little too tight between the legs, and sometimes it gets a bit uncomfortable if I wear it for too long. That’s why I usually wear it only when I’m going out or have something important to attend. For everyday wear, it’s not the most comfortable, but it does a great job shaping my body. One thing I noticed is that after wearing this shapewear for a while, I’ve started holding in my stomach even when I’m not wearing it. It kind of trained me to have better posture and keep my core tight. Washing it is easy. I just throw it in the washing machine and it comes out fine. It doesn’t get damaged or lose its shape.

Great product at its price point. I am a huge fan of girdles, wore them all my life. This one is reminisant of the old fashion "fajas" the ladies in my family would wear. They cinch your waist and provide great support and tummy control. This one I have been wearing for a full work day and the band has not rolled down. It is tight so make sure you understand your measurements and sizing. I normally wear a 12/14 and ordered an XL and it was perfect. Not too tight, not too loose. Just tight enough to give me the control I need, where I need it... and yes, I did have to shimmy it up - that's normal for a good panty girdle.

Lets talk about it... It appears really small right out of the package, but a little shimmy and it goes right on. I was on the lower end of the size medium so that's what I chose and oh boy is it tight! For reference I'm 5'4" at 128 pounds, I normally wear a size small and some mediums in clothes. This shapewear is uncomfortably tight. It has superior tummy control and it really does smooth the tummy and it tucks the sides in nicely. The butt lifting feature works pretty good for smoothing down the top of your booty and giving you a little round pop. It goes downhill after that. The top of the waistband hits right at the rib cage, so there's a nice innertube of skin/fat below your bra and above the waistband, which just creates a whole new problem unless you're wearing a very large top. It does make your lower portion look good, but now you've got a new roll above that to deal with. It would be more beneficial if there were more stretch in the top of the waistband. It's all good quality material and even has a feminine touch to it, but I'd rather have the tummy pooch verses the new issues this shapewear created.

This works really well to hold in the love handles and smooth out your stomach and sides. I wore it for a whole day and honestly, I was happy to take it off at the end of the day but what I also like is that it makes you mindful to keep your stomach pulled in. It gives a lot of support to holding in your muscles. The size and fit are good for me - I am 5’8” and weigh 160…..large was the right size for me.

This shaper panty does indeed have the compression power to flatten my belly, but it seems to smush the fat upward in the process. This creates a brand new fat roll between the upper band of the panties and the bottom band of my bra. Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of shapewear for me. If I’m wearing this shaping panty, it’s because I want to wear something form fitting over the top. While this panty excels at compressing my lower belly bulge, it just shifts the problem upward making it impossible to wear something form fitting without highlighting this new roll. I tried pulling the top band of the panty higher to eliminate the bulge which helped, but there’s no way I could tolerate the epic wedgie that created for more than a minute. I opted to go with Amazon ‘s suggestion and ordered a size up from my typical size (extra large instead of my typical large) which fits how I think this garment is supposed to fit-I can get it on without too much hassle but it’s tight enough to provide real compression. For reference, I’m just over 6 feet tall and typically wear a size 10/12. So it’s not a matter of having the wrong size, I think this style of shapewear just isn’t right for my body type.
