The large did fit me fairly well (I'm 5'3" 190lbs, usually an XL at most stores) but it was a little snug and took some jumping and squeezing to get on. I have other enhancement padded shorts that give me more bang than this one does. This one is better shaped, but the padding isn't thick enough to offer an noticeable enhancement. If you already have a decent sized cake, these might give you some better shape and smoothing, but if you're lacking in the trunk department, this likely won't give you enough oomph and your better off ordering another brand.

These are very nice quality padded underwear. I didn't know they were for only low-to-mid. I have a high waist, and these underwear wouldn't go all of the way up to my waist. They would if I forced them, but then as soon as I'd walk a few steps they began sliding. Also, the pads end up on the bottom half of my butt cheeks, so it's not very butt lifting for me due to my high waist. Other than that, these are nice undies.

As my title indicated, I have a very flat rear-end to the point where sitting can be painful. I got these with the intention of wearing during a long drive I had for a work trip. There simply isn't enough padding to alleviate pain from an 8 hour drive. However, even with the padding being thinner than expected, I found that these look great with my leggings (as I live in leggings). They certainly round out the back end and make it look nicer. The product is comfortable and feels nice, without feeling weird with the built-in underwear. However, this isn't something I would be able to wear in temperatures higher than about 85F. Things get far too sweaty and I would soak through the underwear - which can be bad for health "down there."I can easily say that I would recommend this to anyone with a flat backside. It really made a positive visual difference in appearance. The material is very soft as well, so no itching on the skin - a bonus for me!

These are great! Super soft buttery material, it has four little bones for extra hold. The legs are pretty long, about mid thigh so I wouldn't wear them with super short dresses/skirtsThe pads are more toward the middle than others which isn't exactly where I need the most lift, but they still give a nice boost

This item runs true to size, but a smaller size would provide better tummy control. The material overall is very soft & comfortable. The waist is reinforced, but doesn't feel stiff or restrictive. The leg material is very thin so that no odd thigh bulges are created. The butt padding thins at the edges and is positioned in a natural location. It provides a slightly thicker backside, but might not be as much as a person with a very flat backside would want.
