From designer John D Clair, players get to control iconic characters from the series and "burn" metals to unlock Allomantic powers in fast-paced battles. Mistborn is a standalone deck-building game in which you “purchase” cards as you play to build and improve your deck. "Burn" metals to activate cards. Each metal has its own strengths: damaging opponents, earning mission points, and manipulating allies. There are multiple ways to win! Defeat your opponnents in furious allomantic battles or complete a series of perilous missions before your enemies do. Play head-to-head against your friends, or take on the The Lord Ruler in solo or co-op play!

Great game! Single player is fine, but having 2 or more is better in my opinion. The rules can be a little tricky at first, but it all flows well and makes a lot of sense. Great game if you like deck building games, and a MUST if you also are a Sanderson fan!

An extremely simple game to understand. I'm horrible at explaining rules, but within a turn or two everyone picks it up easily. I'm also a huge fan of Mistborn and the Cosmere and found this game to be very flavorful; the way each of the metals are represented in the gameplay is creative and offers tons of variety in strategy.

A great game, everything inside that box is stunning, nearly each card represents a scene on the saga, and the gameplay feels simple to understand but really interesting to play.

I am a huge Brandon Sanderson Fan, and was very excited for this game. And the game is very good. The quality of the product is top-notch and the artwork is beautiful. It has solo mode and the ability to pvp or pve. My only concern is, after playing a dozen times or so, there is a feeling of repetitiveness.

It's a top-notch game, good quality and fun to play and replay and replay. Multiple play modes, including solo. Art is beautiful. I recommend getting tight fit plastic protector penny leaves to increase durability since you will likely be playing it more than you think.I has larger cards, you can get the 70x120 sleeves as well for added protection, though those will receive less wear and tear.Quality doesn't require the sleeves, but its worth having them. there are inexpensive ones right here.

This game is so true to the book reading experience. We have enjoyed it immensely. It is well designed and plays seamlessly. We play a lot of games and not all hit the mark as dead on as this one

I am a huge fan of the books, my husband hasn’t read them but the complexity of the game art and features and how it ties very closely to the game, he now wants to read the books!Anyway, so fun, the deck building reminds me of how dominion is structured. With the added fun of the mission cards, flaring metals, training, charecter specifics, allies, and you can even play against the game, which is challenging but VERY FUN!
