I was concerned it might not fit my Bosch saw but was happy to see that it did. Once installed I tried it out and was pretty happy with it's performance. I tested a couple cuts and the blade was perfectly lined up on the right side of the laser line each time. I did feel the brightness of the laser was a little less than what I expected but that could be the batteries it came with. I'll get new ones once these 3 wear out and try again.Overall I'm satisfied with it.

DangerLaser works ok.. but the arbor cutout is square. I installed on a DeWalt 779 sliding miter saw that has an oblong arbor. No matter how tight you have this, between the startup torque and the blade brake it comes loose and causes the blade brake to not stop the blade and fir the blade to slip when cutting...not to mention the safety issue of the blade coming off.Look at your blade arbor, if it's not square, this us not the piece to buy !!!Danger

2nd time is the charm, another brand didn't work and was returned. This one works great, love having a laser guide once again it makes it so much easier. If you need one get this one!

Just received this yesterday and installed it almost immediately. Took less than 10 minutes to get it up and running, made a few cuts to get the feel of it. The laser produces a line about a 32nd of an inch. Took a minute but I realized my pencil line needs to be on the right side of the laser line to get an accurate cut. I'm sure a shadow line is better but this is definitely an upgrade. And for under $30 and 10 minutes of time I'm very happy with my purchase.

UPDATE- 5/28/2025Bottom line: Weak red lazer light. (Not impressed)This tool needs time in action for a true test!No idea how long the batteries will last.(Sometimes I need a miter saw with a lazor line. Sometimes it sits for long periods of time.)Will it work after a year plus of just sitting and doing nothing?I have no idea...YET!!!STAY TUNED...

Excellent product used on a 12” Dewalt sliding miter saw. Cutting aluminum tubing. It is bright and appears very sturdy.
