This is just one of those things that you have to let your ego give in and let the professionals handle. After finessing with it a whole afternoon I had to hire a task rabbit to help and the guy had it up in not even 20 minutes! Mind that I am not the most handy to begin with so you may have much better luck with it too. Anyways, it's on the wall now and holding up our new TV perfectly with adjustability at quite a large angle. I was skeptical and worried it would be wabbly and just did not trust it enough to be holding up a 75 inch, but it feels very secure and sturdy. Would recommend!

Incredibly solid mount. Easy installation, holds a 75 inch TV with ease.The review continued to be rejected with any pictures of it installed or of the mount itself open and on my tailgate.I am confident that this mount will outlast the TV.Recommend!

I have been looking for a really good TV mount so I jumped at the chance to try this one out. This came very well packed and secured and everything was perfectly as described in the ad even down to the measurements so it worked perfectly for our particular flat screen tv. My husband and his buddies were able to get this mounted on the wall in no time. They were very impressed by how heavy duty and durable this is. Very high quality. Does not feel super cheap or easily breakable and has great cable management for the back as well which is a must. This is super versatile and you can set this up all different types of ways which is amazing. Very easy installation super straightforward and they did not run into any issues whatsoever. Definitely an amazing value for your money in quality alone. Everything is exactly as it should be and it easily holds up the tv. Very strong very heavy duty and very well made. Solid 10 out of 10 great value for your money

I am in the process of remodeling our living room and part of it is installing natural stone on our fireplace and then mounting our 77" TV above the mantle. I had already purchased a mount made by Sanus because they had very good ratings but it only extended out about 6 inches. I could work with that but it would still be difficult to reach the outlets and connections that are behind the TV. This mount not only extends out over 2 feet but is very well made and sturdy. It is rated up to 165 pounds which is over twice what our TV weighs so I have no worries about it handling the weight. It is open in the middle which works great for me as the electrical and all other connections are right behind the TV. My favorite thing about it is how you attach the TV to the mount. After mounting the frame to the wall and then a bracket to the back of the TV, you can just lift it up and basically hang it on the mount and lock it into place. This is extremely important as a large TV is a bear to lift and align and that makes it so much easier and safer.

We used this mount for a new Sony K77XR80 77" OLED. Overall, it’s a solid, heavy-duty option with great extension and adjustability. That said, a few things could have been better.The cross-member bars are a two-piece design, and the powder coating makes it nearly impossible to slide them together without some serious effort. We ended up having to scrape off some coating just to get them to fit properly. The included lag bolts are 4" long, which might blow through thinner or unfinished walls - something to keep in mind if you're working with 2x3 framing or anything other than standard studs.Hardware is where this kit falls short. The machine screw selection is minimal, and if you're working with an older TV (Samsung, Panasonic, Pioneer, etc.), plan a trip to the hardware store. The mount itself has a decent skew and tilt adjustment, which helped get everything plumb and level.All in all, it’s a good value for larger TVs, just be aware that you might need extra hardware. It may not be ideal for smaller sets unless you modify the crossbars. They’ll likely stick out beyond a 55".
