One of prongs on Dell Adapter plug broke off. My Dell power adapter plugs have always outlasted computer in past.

bought this as a replacement. Works great - no issues after 6 months. I like the size - nice and small for traveling or just carrying in the computer bag. And cord is good length to reach the power outlet.

The USB C connector busted on the original power adapter I got with the laptop after 5 years. This replacement worked as advertised with no issues.

Although I rated this product four instead of five, it was because it's the wrong product for my computer, (dell xps) and I thought I asked about it or searched it very carefully.Ask for the engineering of the device. A lighted cord tells you it's sending a charge. It's firmly wrapped in the converter, and it's reliable. It could charge all USB devices. Only the Dell XPS requires a special charger. And that's what I had initially bought it for. So in that arena, I was unhappy enough to shoot off one of the stars.

Original Dell as described. Looks new and works perfect so far. I used it with the Dell XPS 9310 Laptop. My favorite features are the long length of the cord and how the tiny tip lights up just like my original charger from Dell.

I bought this as a quick replacement after my cat chewed through my previous charger. It feels durable and has worked great for the past week or so we as I waited for my replacement from Dell. I’ll definitely keep it around

I needed a backup charger for my Dell XPS 13 for when I accidentally left my charger at work. I had previously tried to buy a generic USB-C charger from Best Buy, but Dell must have proprietary software that basically shuts the computer down when this is attempted. This charger I bought from Amazon works perfectly well.Based on previous reviews I know it may die on me at some point, and if it does I will revise this review. However I will still consider this a win for me, because I ended up having to unexpectedly stay home sick for a few days and was able to get this overnight delivered, it worked and I was able to continue working from home during that time. (It is still working fine a week later, but will update if it stops working.)

i was having problems with my dell xps13. the keyboard lights would turn on but then turned off and nothing would show on the screen. only response i got from the taptop was the dreaded 3 amber + 5 white blinking lights that not even dell knows what it means. So i bought this product, a replacement battery that I'm now going to returned because i don't need it anymore.one i got the product, i hooked it up to my dellxps13, i then held the function key + power bottom for 30 seconds. and there she went. the laptop turned on long enough to run and update my bios and so far both my laptop and charger cable are working good..... saved me some money as i now dont have to open up the laptop and replaced the battery..
