This is one of the few budget microphones that allows you to have a high audio signal level.Finally no need to amplify audio level amplitude in post production .Audio quality is flat and unappealing but very intelligible.With some light audio editing the audio quality is very good indeed.The background noise of the audio preamplifier is low.I don't know how the reviews you can find on YouTube were made but be careful of the electronic noise filter because it is true that it reduces unwanted noise but ruins the audio quality.I will never use the digital noise filter because the dynamics of the audio signal becomes absolutely poor.I think this mic is well worth the money and am happy with the purchase.
