This acrylic rainbow pencil holder is so cute—the design is colorful, fun, and would look great on any desk. Unfortunately, the quality control just isn’t where it needs to be.The first one I received broke in three places as we were putting it together. The pieces didn’t fit together properly, and I had to use resin to fix it. We requested a replacement, and while the second one was better, one piece still wouldn’t snap into place. We ended up using a part from the broken one to make it work.It’s a great idea and looks adorable once assembled, but be aware that you might run into some frustrating assembly or durability issues.

I received this adorable rainbow desktop organizer and plan to use it on my desk for this upcoming school year.It's bigger than I thought it would be and will easily accommodate plenty of pencils, my flair pens, scissors, extra stylus pens.It was a little tricky getting it together, but very sturdy.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cheerful desk accessory!

This thing is so cheap and it will not go together. It is not lining up correctly and it's ridiculous how much effort you have to put into it just to TRY to assemble it.

I think the design and colors are cute, but the assembly is quite difficult due to the build quality and instruction. I also found that it had a funny burnt smell similar to woodsmoke and a chalky residue on the pieces, so clean it first perhaps? It's good for storing and organizing little things but may not be worth the current price for what it holds.

Requires assembly, went to put the inserts into the holes and the insert pieces were too wide for the holes. Amazon sent me a replacement and it was the same way.I was really excited to give this to my daughter for her desk, as she loves rainbows, but I am not trying 3+ times to get a pencil organizer, in hopes I get one made correctly.

I wasn’t expecting this item to require assembly when I ordered it, and it arrived with no assembly instructions.Over the course of a day in moments of free time I managed to get all the plastic film off all the pieces (16 bits of film, I think?). I tried to assemble the way shown on the listing page (good luck to anyone who gets this as a gift, I guess?), but ended up plugging the vertical dividers into one rainbow, then sliding on the bottom, and then, with much cursing, getting the other rainbow to click in all the way. One of my pieces was slightly singed, so I think it didn’t cut quite right, which caused some of the problem.I’m surprised, but I haven’t had any problems with it falling back apart. Once together it seems to stay together. Unfortunately the whole thing is just a weird size. No set of markers I have fits in a single slot, and they all fit in a little weird - it would be a lot better if the compartments were angled, rather than completely vertical, so I could see the colors from the side instead of having to be above to see, which isn’t going to happen with my drawing situation.The design is very cute, I have no complaints in that regard. I may use it on a bookshelf to hold bookmarks and other trinkets.
