This DIY pencil vase is a fun and cute gift, especially for teachers or anyone in education. It’s easy to put together and looks nice on a desk. A simple way to add some personality to a workspace!

IMPORTANT- this vase is not assembled. It’s kind of a do it yourself kit. You get a clear plastic cup, 35 pencils, and the red and white ribbon.I was able to do it in about 15 minutes and I used a glue gun.But, if you are expecting a vase, that is not what you will be gettingHaving said that, it’s not difficult to make. It would be a fun project to do with your child for a teacher gift.

Comes with everything except something to stick the pencils to the base. I have a glue gun, so I used that. I also glued the ribbon to the pencils so it wouldn't slide around. The extra pencils were nice in the event that one breaks or something. It was a nice and different gift to give to a teacher. I ordered it for my son's teacher for appreciation week.
