We have purchased many of these headset in the past and continue to do so simply because they work. I know that sounds like a low standard, but if you have ever tried to outfit a call center with the need for many headsets then you know that failure rate and lack of quality can be a course in frustration! These Plantronics headsets have not let us down.

The headphones work beautifully, are light weight and sound quality is excellent. Why the 3 star rating then? The ear pads are about the size of a mini-donut. If a mini donut fits OVER your ear, these are perfect for you! (btw - please send pictures of your bizarrely shaped ears! :)The cushioning is insufficient for long stretches of use -- I work a 10 hour shift. I also find that it is difficult to adjust the tension (amount of pressure) on the ears since the ear pads have only a little swiveling range and they are attached to very stiff plastic support sections that can't be bent without breaking (I'm afraid to try).Unfortunately these are much better than the alternatives offered by my company so I'll just have to suck it up and work around these issues. My preference would be an earCUP that completely covered my ear like my audio-technica stereo headphones but such headsets are generally only available for aircraft applications and aren't compatible with office telephone sets.

Was soll man über ein Produkt schreiben, dass alle Erwartungen erfüllt....:Das Headset ist seinen Preis wert!Das Kabel ist dünn und dennoch widerstandsfähig (dies ist das zweite Headset von Plantronics), die Ohrmuscheln sehr weich, so dass man auch stundenlange Telefonate "überlebt", das Mikrofon gibt die Sprache sehr klar und natürlich wieder, die Lautsprecher sind für Telefonate ebenso bestens geeignet. Headset sitzt angenehm auf dem Kopf und macht wegen des geringen Gewichts auch mal ein heftiges Kopfschütteln mit ohne zu verrutschen. Rauschunterdrückung funktioniert ebenfalls gut....Alles in Allem ein praxisgerechtes Produkt!

I can't speak to the quality of the headset yet. Typically very pleased with Plantronics. Very disappointed in the listing for this ad. It does not indicate that you need an additional cable in order to plug it into the phone via an RJ-11 jack. In fact, the listing identified nothing about the end connector. Just ordered one for another $32
