It feels overpriced but you can connect it to two phones at once which is a rare feature, the design of the case is weird since you cannot close and charge the headset at the same time which is the standard nowadays, while the case is closed you can only charge the case itself, but not the headset.

It was was made with better materials years ago when it was named Plantronics, now it's more flimsy, needs replacing every year. For the price, it should be more solid to last longer, and or, come with extra thick foam ear covers.

I think this is quite an old model now but just repackaged as new. In any event it would not connect at all to my phone.

Very disappointed. About a month old. Today It is connected to phone and charged but doesn't get incoming calls, and no audio on headset or mic! Turned it on and off, no luck. Restarted the phone and reconnect, no luck!

This is my 4th or 5th Voyager 5200 headset. I keep saying I'm going to try another brand/style but always come back to this one.
