Air blows cold and the lights are cool, you have to be right in front of it to feel it. However, the remote does not work at all. I have the protection plan but hate to file a claim right out of the box.

Pros:* Remote control* Fan has multiple speeds* Fan has timer* Water function works* Item is very light* Colored lights available if you're into that kind of thing.* Easy to clean fan bladesCons:* Doesn't seem to have a battery, so it needs to be plugged in all the time.* Feels extremely cheap* Price point is very high compared to other fans I've reviewed at the same price point with far superior options like Koonie's portable camping fan: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DXF53WHPI would not purchase this at this price point.

Wow, what a great addition to our kitchen. Our evaporative cooler doesn't quite reach all the way into the kitchen so that room is always much warmer than the rest of the house. Now we hook this baby up and the kitchen is no longer intolerable. I filled it up with water and ice and it immediately started cooling down the room. The multicolor lights remind me that it is on so that I don't leave it on when I leave the room. It's compact size makes it great for a small room. I would definitely recommend this.

So far it is working for the purpose I got it. My bathroom is on the side of the house where the sun is, in the afternoon. In the summer it can get very uncomfortable to go in there. It's not as hot, yet, as it will be later in the summer, however, yeste rday it did get very hot with it being 91 degrees in the heat of the day. With a darkened curtain over the window and this little water cooler it was cooler by evening than it would have been without it. Usually, the room retains the heat making that time of day pretty hot.The light on it changed colors making the room lit up just enough to go in a few minutes and interesting conversations from guests. The light colors are bright and very colorful. It has blues, greens, pinks and other hues as it gently switches. I never experienced the mist it said it had, however, I did enjoy how much cooler it was in the area I had it in. It is light weight to carry and even has a strap on top for carrying.Comes with a charging cord but not the box that plugs in, so you will need to have one. It says it can also be used plugged into DC, though I have not tried going out to see it working plugged into the car to test it. I probably will, just to see if it works. It does work plugged into a charger box with usb, which would come in handy in a tent.It's nice looking and so far I am happy with it. I would buy again. If that changes later I will update this feedback. I chose 4 stars instead of 5, only because the discriptions sounds like it is an air conditioner, which I related to something with a compressor and dependant on adding water. This is water and fan cooled. However, it does work well.
