Summer is approaching and I wanted a cheaper alternative to running the central air conditioning at home which runs up my power bill. The Feculs air cooler seemed to be a good solution for its great price, portability and ease of use. I have had this for a few weeks now and have used it in the living room, my bedroom and even in the sun room and have found it to work very well and the portability is simply amazing. The wheels make it easy to roll around and move it to any room in the house. The build is of good quality, my grandson actually toppled it once already and there is not even a scratch on the unit. The set up is easy and the instruction guide is pretty simple and anyone with basic reading knowledge can follow and set up the Feculs air cooler without any problems. I particularly like the compact design and quiet nature of the Feculs, one can hardly make out the cooler is running. The only down side of this cooler is that if the windows are not open and there is no fresh air circulating in the room then there is high risk of moisture sticking to walls and making it look moldy. I would suggest using this unit with windows open so a combination of open air and cool air from the unit make your living space more comfortable.

Took this out of the box, set it up and immediately heard loose plastic on the fan. Can't access the fan to fix it. It appears to be the knob that holds the fan onto the post but I can't access the area to fix it. Sending back.

I got this portable air cooler as a gift for my uncle, who’s the type to tough out summer with a fan from the 80s and a damp washcloth. He’s not one for new gadgets, but I figured this was simple enough to win him over—and it did. He gave me the classic “I don’t need all that” speech, but two days later he was texting me to say his living room finally felt decent during the afternoon heat.Setup was easy, which was important since he’s not exactly into reading manuals. No window needed, no weird parts—just pour in some water, plug it in, and push a button. He really liked the option to toss in a few ice packs to make it extra cool. The remote control was a hit too. He now changes the settings from across the room like he’s operating a spaceship. There were a couple of small things. It isn’t whisper-quiet, but the hum is pretty mellow—kind of like background white noise. And while it doesn’t blast cold air like an AC, it’s great for smaller rooms or just knocking the edge off the heat. He uses it while watching baseball and said it’s made the afternoons much more bearable.Overall, it turned out to be a solid gift that actually gets used, which isn’t always the case with these types of things. If you’ve got an uncle who doesn’t want to deal with installing a big unit or just needs some extra cooling in one spot, this cooler is a smart, no-fuss option that works way better than a regular fan.

To have air conditioner anywhere in its name is a bit misleading. It’s a fan. It does blow cooler air, but it’s not cold enough to be considered an air conditioner. With that being said, it’s not noisy. People who like to sleep to a fan being on will love this. It’s easy to use and I think the size, height, and build is convenient.

This 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner offers a versatile solution for cooling your personal space without the need for a window. Functioning as a swamp cooler, evaporative air cooler, and humidifier, it provides options beyond just cooling. With 6 speeds and 3 modes, you can customize the airflow and cooling intensity to your preference. The generous 3-gallon water tank should allow for extended use before needing a refill, and the inclusion of a 16 FT/S remote control adds convenience, letting you adjust settings from across the room. The portability aspect is a significant advantage, allowing you to easily move it between rooms as needed. This is particularly useful for those who don't have window units or prefer a more flexible cooling solution. The "windowless" design means you don't have to worry about sealing around a window, making setup straightforward. However, as an evaporative cooler, its effectiveness will be most pronounced in drier climates. In humid conditions, the cooling effect might be less noticeable, and it could potentially increase the humidity in the room. It's important to manage expectations based on your local climate.Pros:3-in-1 Functionality: Offers cooling, evaporative cooling, and humidification.Portable: Easy to move from room to room.Windowless Design: No window installation required.Remote Control: Convenient operation from a distance.Multiple Settings: 6 speeds and 3 modes for customized comfort.Large Water Tank: 3-gallon capacity for longer operation.Cons:Effectiveness in High Humidity: Evaporative cooling is less effective in humid environments.Potential for Increased Humidity: May raise the humidity level in enclosed spaces.Overall:This 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner appears to be a decent option for those seeking a portable and versatile cooling solution, especially in drier climates. The multiple fan speeds, modes, and remote control enhance user convenience. However, potential buyers in humid areas should consider the limitations of evaporative cooling. If you need targeted cooling for a room and appreciate the added benefit of humidification, this could be a worthwhile product to consider. Just be sure to manage your expectations regarding its cooling power in very humid conditions.
