Very tight fit. But it works great. At first, I thought I bought the wrong one because I couldn’t plug it into the coffee pot.

The seller was very responsive to several questions I had about the nature of the cord in my concerns it would be the wrong one according to some other reviews I had about a similar cord that a different vendor/seller was offering and that as a result I wanted to steer clear of that one. This seller offers a cord that fits/works perfectly, and I got it about a week earlier than it was expected. The cord has a firmly snug-fit female 2-pin socket for the percolator end and neither that end nor the wall plug-end or along the cord has any 'hot' spots. The cord is mildly warm when percolating as expected but is cool as the beverage is kept hot by the percolator's integral temperature control. I also liked that as I examined the dimensions that the seller has shown they were spot-on for my Presto 0281104- and that the cord is only listed to cover several Presto models, unlike the cord the other vendor on Amazon is selling with a number of unflattering reviews which shows a gamut of Presto models it covers and shows different dimensions than the one this seller is offering and that I purchased because I felt like they were not offering a one-size-fits-all cord which if the various different models of Presto, etc. are having various different dimensions for the percolator's 2-round-prong male end each, then at best it would have to be a compromise of all them and might/likely only fit some models rather than tailored to the specific(s) model(s) as this sellers plainly lists in his up-front information. Nice to have a seller that gives specific feedback per your questions and sells what their description indicates they are selling- very satisfied with the cord and the all-around expedient service provided.

Tried several replacement percolator cords. This one works very well on my Presto percolator insuring a fresh hot coffee every day.
