I don't understand reviewers, so I only read them to laugh. This chain is great and after 4,000 miles, I am replacing it with the same model. Quiet, excellent shifting, reliable.I don't think the people writing bad reviews should be replacing their own chains, based on what they write. Yikes. Excellent quality, excellent price.

Seems like a good chain for the price. Hollow links and rollers. Comes with Quick-link. Seems slightly heavier than comparable chains, but one less cheeseburger will negate the difference.

I received the chain just as stated. And it looked great on my gray/black Cannondale 105 bike. It snapped within 150 miles. I would not order another one and went and ordered a Shimano chain made specifically for my bike.

I used this chain, brand new, at a 51 mile gravel race last weekend. It was my last resort to purchase this because no chains were available anywhere in my area. I stressed the hell out of it with 4935 feet of climbing and one at a 16% grade, I kept telling myself "dont break, don't break". It never did. I am glad I got this. The gold looks great, it is quiet and shifts very smooth. I will switch it over to my road bike to test durability, but after one race from hell I am impressed.

I purchased this "good looking" light weight chain in the black color. I ride approximately 200 miles per week on a "Top of the line" Cannondale Trigger Black Inc. This amazing mountain bike has 140mm of travel & weighs only 23.5 lbs. So, weight is important to me.FYI...Before installing this chain, I replaced the cassette & chainring. I previously ran a KMC DLC-11 chain which lasted a long time & went well over 2500 miles before it stretched to 1.3mm which is well passed the manufacturers chain replacement recommendations of 0.80mm. I measure all of my chains with a high quality/extremely accurate KMC "Digital Chain Checker".NOTE: Even at 1.3mm of chain stretch/wear, the KMC DLC-11 was going strong & still quiet👍Initially this PYC Hollow-Pin 11 chain was visually great looking, quiet, & smooth. I was encouraged.... And so far so good😀IMPORTANT❗❗ After only 200 miles, we noticed some noises including clicking. These noises progressively became worse & very noticeable. We carefully inspected the entire bike (front to back) including the suspension. Ultimately, we decided to remove the PYC Chain & install another "NEW" KMC DLC-11.KMC INSTALLED..... & ALL of the noises were GONE❗❗I hope this review helps all of the mountain bikers out there👌
