It came fast. The installation instructions are clear, just read em all before you start so you don't miss anything. It went together pretty easy.,.. the second time haha. It does what it's supposed to and it fits perfectly in my '99 Dodge Ram 1500. Recommended.

The poorer than expected weight ratings are listed in the full description, surprisingly light ratings for such a heavy hitch. Package arrived in bad shape, but after opening (amazingly) all parts were there. Installation information for pre 98K series will confuse many. The Long box bolt point illustration worked but only after drilling holes after factory bumper bracket bolt pts(4total). Did not need spacers shown,& the back bracket to frame angles off more than I prefer. Compared the bracket to Chevy & GMC frames,& U will loose some time on this1. There are directions for 88 to 2000 *but* GM has long box, short box, 4x4,or 2 Wh, rivet location, frame combos, & exhaust clearance variations too,which will make a big difference. The instructions attempt, but do not really differentiate very well between all the varied factory frame bolt points on older GM's.

After a lot of searching I could not find a front hitch for my 2015 express van. This is a “universal” hitch that I saw some guy on YouTube make work. It did require slight modifications, but it fit very nicely. It’s a 2015 Chevy express 2500.

Brought this after reading that it will fit a 1994 Chevy Silverado. After receiving the RT, manual indicates that a muffler adjustment may be needed for installation. And it does apply to my Chevy :(Request to return RT was granted but I need to pay postage which is more than the price for the RT.Gave one star as seller should be more accurate in this RT specification.

Great hitch assembly,only that you also need to use common sense to put it together. I first looked at the instructions for the first part, but installing it onto your truck is a different animal. Took me about 3 hours with the right tools. Please note that at first I thought it didn't fit and took me some time to figure out on how to rearrange the tow hitch assembly. Hope this helps!
