Laptop recognized this as a 130w charger immediately and seems to function like the factory charger.

Easily connected to my laptop and charged it quickly. I have a puppy who still likes to chew cords. Plus, I have a tendency to keep laptops forever! So having a second cord as a backup is a gamechanger. And this one was perfect.Highly recommend.

This 130W USB-C charger is a well-engineered replacement for Dell’s original DA130PM170 adapter and matches the electrical demands of power-hungry Precision and XPS series laptops. I’ve tested it on a Dell Precision 5560 and an XPS 15 9500—both machines that draw significant wattage under load—and this unit delivers consistent voltage with stable amperage, even during prolonged high-performance workloads. It negotiates PD protocols seamlessly and initiates full-speed charging with no compatibility warnings or undervoltage throttling. What sets this unit apart is its thermal behavior. Many aftermarket chargers in this power class generate noticeable heat, particularly during fast charging cycles. This one maintains a surprisingly cool exterior during continuous 130W delivery. Internally, the charger appears to use quality switching components and voltage regulation, based on charge curve consistency and ripple-free output (verified with a PD USB-C tester inline). The LED status indicator is subtle but functional and provides quick feedback for active current flow.Physically, the charger has a low-profile, travel-friendly form factor that doesn’t bulk up your bag. The included 3-prong AC cable is robust and the USB-C cable connection is snug, showing no play or signs of strain after several weeks of plug/unplug cycles. It’s also backward-compatible with lower draw devices—like Dell Latitude ultrabooks—automatically stepping down to 90W or 65W as required without manual intervention. For IT professionals or remote workers relying on USB-C PD for docking and power, this charger provides a dependable third-party option that doesn’t compromise on performance or safety. It’s an ideal swap-in for Dell’s OEM adapter without the premium price tag.

Needed a replacement for my Dell XPS15 (9530) power supply. This is a drop-in replacement that works perfectly. The Dell BIOS recognizes the power supply as 130W and the laptop starts without warning. I also tested the power supply on my Dell XPS13 (9315) which works fine as well.No hassle replacement for half the price.

We needed this as a replacement for my wife's HP laptop that has a USBC charging port. Despite not being a Dell laptop this charger worked just fine. USBC is a common interface and therefore this charger should work for many laptops that have that interface for charging. Note this charger is a max of 130 watts, so if you have a high performance laptop that needs more power this may not be the one for you. My wife has a basic laptop and this works perfectly fine. She can use the computer and there is energy left over to also charge the laptop simultaneously. The USBC plug has a small led in it so you know when it is plugged into the wall.

I bought this charger to replace my old Dell laptop charger that got broken. This one works great, no "slow charging" warning, and battery charging is pretty fast.Although the look is not my primary incentive, it even looks like the original charger. The cable length is the same as my old charger, so the expectations are met.

Looking for some replacement chargers for some laptops I am working with, I decided to give one of these aftermarket bigger 130W a shot as I did happen to have a few Dells and a couple HP's including a semi entry "Gaming" capable HP Envy 17 with a MX150 in it and figured a 130W would be good to test with that.Oddly, I was wrong, at least when it came to using it with an HP.Using it in a Dell, as it is labeled to be compatible and designed for, works just fine, though read the ending to see the one caveat.Plugging in this charger into the HP ENVY 17, It would charge, but pretty trickle slow. When testing the GPU it would drain the battery and performance was not far off of when it was unplugged.Plugging in my little USB-C Power monitor dongle showed it moving power at 18V but only in the 6-8W range so it was not charging or delivering running power anywhere close to active laptop charging speeds on this HP.Decided to check it in a Dell and it powers normally at 20V and I saw it get up to 62W give or take which is about as high as I can get on the non GPU having Dell's I have on hand currently. So it works normally with Dell laptops as it should and as it is sold as which is just fine. The one Caveat I have though is when plugged into the Dell and checking in the Bios, the charger only shows up as a 90W instead of a 130W as expected. This could 100% be because the Dell's I do have on hand aren't ones that would use much anything over 65W let alone 90W so they may just not be able to read anything higher, but further testing will be required and I will update my review once I get my hands on a higher end Dell and can test to see if it indeed is a 130W or not.For now, I can't honestly take stars away from this charger as with the Dell hardware I have on hand, it works exactly as it seems it should. Once I can test to make sure it is truly a 130W charger on a device that can accept that power I will update my review, but until then, I will believe them when they say it is. Time will also tell on the long term reliability but outside of my adventure with an HP, it seems to function exactly as I'd expect a OEM Dell charger to function with a Dell.

Got this as a replacement power supply for my Dell precision. Working exactly as original. The cord has a very premium feel, and the usb-c plug has a light on it when charging. Very nice.
