Sturdy and looks nice. Instructions are clear, and hardware is included. Be aware that it is not designed to sit on the ground. Needs to be mounted on a wall, etc., at least one meter off the ground. The ability to swivel it in either direction is very helpful. Hose is well-built, pulls out with a small amount of force, and retracts smoothly. The sprayer has lots of choices, and all work as designed. No issues with decreased water pressure or leaking. It's a good choice.

I really like this retractable hose reel. Its functionality is seamless, making it much easier to water my garden. The hose is long enough for me to move around the yard without any issues, and it feels well-built. The installation process was straightforward, and the weight is manageable, making it easy to set up. My husband used different bolts to anchor the hose reel to the side of our house. It offers great value for the money.

Used the hose reel for a few days. Overall it’s functional, but I’m not fully satisfied with the water pressure—it feels a bit weaker than expected. The retracting system works, though it can be slightly uneven at times. It didn’t quite meet my expectations—maybe I was expecting too much.

Great item, simple install all being pre-mounted its just great. The pressure on the nozzle its not that great but it can be replaced with any other. Great!

This is a great product. Placed it on a 4ft 4x4 post and concreted on the side yard. Works fantastic.... so easy not winding the hose reel
