This cart replaced a plastic Lowe’s cart that leaked all the time. This one does not leak and is easy to use. Quite an upgrade.

Hose Reel arrived with no damage to the box, but the product has numerous dents. One in the reel tub and one in the basket. I don think it will hamper the use but when you buy something new you expect it to be undamaged. It took about 30 to 45 mins to put together. You need a few tools, moderate level of skills needed to assembly.

Had an issue with the handle on the initial item that was sent. VEVOR customer service was very responsive and easy to work with. The item easily holds my 100+ feet of hose. Easy to cart around the yard to different spigots and areas.

This has been great for watering all of our animals. lugging around 200ft of house was a huge pain. The only complaint I have is that this hose has wheels that are stationary. It can make it hard to move around. Would be nicer if one set of wheels was rotating.
