- Drill holes according to the positions indicated by the positioning sticker (remove the sticker after drilling);
- Gently tap the expansion screws into the drilled holes;
- Install the bracket and secure it with screws;
- Connect the housing to the bracket.

Hose Quality is strong.No Leakage. It attaches well to the pipe with no leaks or wastage of water.It is easy to move with the hose.It retracts easily and quite powerfully.I purchase this retractable hose, recently. My friend told me about this, and I am glad that bought and installed it. The installation process was easy. It feels sturdy, and I like the quality of the pipe. The retractable speed is also quite impressive, and it’s long enough to cover my entire backyard.

Im so excited for this ! It retracts smoothly i get a great water flow . I cover a huge yard and really has style the hose is a lil smaller than expected but it makes water easier less fatigue . It swivels easily no hiccups and very durable

This retractable hose is absolutely fabulous! It works so well and makes yard work so much more functional and stress-free. I love how easily it pulls through the yard without kinking or getting stuck, and the length is amazing—I can reach all the way across my yard with no problem. The mounting system was super easy to install, and I really appreciate not having to manually wind the hose back up. It retracts smoothly and neatly every time. Such a great upgrade for any outdoor space!

I’m a fan of making outdoor work easy and that’s exactly what this retractable hose does! Easy to install, use, and keeps your water hose neat & clean! The 10 function sprayer is also very easy to use! Since you don’t have to hold down a lever or fumble around with a tiny locking clip for constant water flow, just simply flip the fingertip flow control to the amount of water pressure you want and done! No more hand cramps or only having one water pressure control by locking a lever!

This retractable garden hose reel is a total game-changer for my yard work. The 100 ft hose gives me more than enough reach, and the automatic rewind with the slow return system works flawlessly. I love the “any length lock” feature—it lets me pull out just the right amount of hose without fighting it. The wall mount feels very sturdy, and the 180° swivel bracket makes it super easy to move around as I work. The shell is durable and hasn’t faded at all, even after sitting in direct sunlight for weeks. Overall, it’s a high-quality, well-designed product that makes watering a breeze. Highly recommended!

-KUPAKY Retractable Garden Hose Reel, 1/2 in x 100 ft Outdoor Automatic Water Hose Reel-Seems sturdy, made of high impact plastic. Works as advertised.Only gripe is the 1/2" hose will kink very easily and looks like it damages the hose wherever it kinks. (Will keep an eye on that). I'm not sure the hose will last as long as the hose reel but I guess the price point reflects that. Not sure if it's really 100' long yet either because I'm afraid to pull it out that far to have it not want to go back in. I'd like to use it for a month or so before I break it doing what it says it's capable of. :-) (Sorry, I suffer from a little Chinese product PTSD) I do need about 80' of that 100' so we'll find out soon.I am surprised, I love the sprayer. I go through a couple of them a year it seems and am never happy with the one I have. This one is nice to use with every spray option I could want. It's going to be nice to use for a season or two. I'm hesitantly optimistic, but I don't expect more than that.I know nothing is "Quality made" any more unless I make it myself but I hope I don't have to shop for another hose reel for a while. MY intentions anyway. It's not a disposable type of item in my mind. I'll pay a fair price and you send me a reliable device and we're both happy. This one works for what I need it to do, 1 week in. Please, Please, don't make me buy another one too soon. I'll update the product review after this garden season of 2025
