I like this product, very easy to assemble. I used a 6x6 could of used 4x4 with 6" piece of wood to attach bracket. Works great and when putting hose back up be careful it has a good bit of tug to it.

Ok ,it's bigger than I thought, blue is unattractive to my house, hose is stiff ,but..it seems like good quality product time will tell.

Product lasted thru a long hot summer, cold winter and still works good. Not impressed with the hardware that came with it so I got better from the hardware store.

My old hose reel started to leak so I needed to find a replacement. The hose on my old reel was only 1/2" and didn't provide that much water pressure so this time I wanted to go with the larger 5/8" hose. My old hose also did not fully rewind after use and left about 4 to 5 feet of hose dangling outside the reel. This time I was sure to look for a higher quality hose reel and I have to tell you I found it with this one. Not only is it much more attractive than my old one, it is also better built. I can feel the quality. It has absolutely no leakage of water and after several uses, I can see that it retracts all the way! The 5/8" diameter hose really gives me that extra water pressure I was looking for when washing the car or reaching far off areas of the lawn. This company provides you with a very handy template that sticks to your brick wall and you can use to drill perfect holes in the perfect locations. After using a hammer drill to drill the holes, the mounting bracket it came with was installed with ease. It's not going anywhere. I can pull out the entire 90' foot hose and not worry about the reel coming off the wall. I find the 90' lenght to be the perfect lenght. I can get all the way to the right side of the house with it. Just like my old one, this one also allows you to stop pulling out at whatever lenght you want but it's a lot quieter than my old one. The retractable mechanism in this one is of higher quality. It's not only quieter but it feels smoother. I absolutely love the blue color I chose. The provide a matching blue nozzle but I'm very particular about my nozzles. I don't need all the bells and whistles this nozzle provides. I can see someone who waters plants and flowers would appreciate the many types of settings the nozzle has but all I really care about is pressure and distance so I have a nozzle I really like for that. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. I had a question and the seller was quick to respond and provided remarkable customer service. Product and service were above and beyond so I definitely recommend this reel.

Very upset. Did not even have this item for a month and it broke. The hose holder cracked along the bottom and it won't sit on the tracker holder we installed on the side of the house. I emailed the seller but never heard back about an exchange or refund. Not happy at all with this item

These are really great and easy to mount and use. Rewind is fast and you must be careful that the hose does not get caught up in your bushes while rewinding.

Ich finde die Grundidee genial.Eine Schlauchtrommel die man nicht mehr selbst aufrollen muss.Ich kenne das Prinzip ja schon länger und als Kind habe ich mich immer über die einziehenden Hundeleinen gefreut und fand sie sehr faszinierend.Es hat lange gedauert bis die Technik so weit war endlich einen Schlauch automatisch aufrollen zu können.Die Schlauchtrommel kam gut verpackt bei mir an.Sie ist fertig montiert und man muss sie nicht extra zusammenbauen.Man kann sie an die Wand hängen oder aber am Griff durch die Gegend tragen.Der Griff klappt automatisch ein, so dass er nicht behindert oder hässlich aussieht wenn man ihn gerade nicht benötigt.Schrauben und Dübel für die Anbringung an der Wand liegen bei.Die Handhabung ist sehr enfach. Wenn man am Schlauch zieht, dann kommt er raus.Zieht man nur kurz am Schlauch, dann rollt die Trommel den Schlauch automatisch ein.Dabei hat die Feder und der Mechanismus ganz schön viel "rums". Das muss sie auch, denn so ein Schlauch kann ganz schön schwer sein.Sehr gut gelöst ist der Mechanismus innen in der Trommel. Damit der Schlauch auch sauber eingezogen und aufgerollt wird, gibt es in der Trommel eine Rolle die den Schlauch. nach links und rechts gleiten lässt - so sitzt der Schlauch immer gleichmäßig verteilt.Ebenfalls gut ist der automatische Bremsklotz. Lässt man den Schlauch nämlich beim Einziehen los (was man nicht tun sollte, weil sonst Verletzungsgefahr aufgrund des herumwirbelnden Schlauchs herrscht) rauscht der Schlauch in die Trommel, kann aber nicht verschluckt werden, da der Klotz vorher alles abbremst.Die Mechanik begeistert mich jedes Mal aufs neue und spart wirklich viel Zeit.Der Schlauch selbst ist von guter und ordentlicher Qualität. Die Brause hat viele verschiedene Einstellmöglichkeiten.Ich mag auch die Optik des ganzen sehr - ich habe mich für die graue Version entschieden und die ist wirklich schön dezent und knallt nicht so sehr wie viele der anderen Schläuche.Ich mag die Schlauchtrommel sehr und sie erleichtert die Arbeit ungemein. Die Handhabung ist einfach und selbst mein 8jähriger Sohn kann den Schlauch problemlos bedienen und benutzen.Der Preis ist ebenfalls sehr gut - vor allem dann, wenn man sieht was Konkurrenzprodukte so kosten.Daher von mir beide Daumen hoch und 5 Sterne ...
