I tried this sauna suit and look forward to seeing my body get toned. I'm 5'8” and 155 lbs, so I got a size L, and it fits me well, doesn't feel very tight. Though it had a bit of an unpleasant smell when I first got it, I washed it, and the smell went away after. It is the full-body design and easy for me to do all-around exercises. Last week, I did a 30-minute workout of squats, arm dumbbells, etc., and it didn't ride up or slide around. Plus, the fabric is breathable, so I can exercise while staying dry that is exactly what I need. I like the adjustable belt as it firmly supports my waist and abdomen, and helps heat the area, making my workouts more effective. It's been a few weeks now, and I've noticed my waistline has shrunk a bit. I'm happy with the result.

Really makes you sweatI was surprised how fast I started sweating in this. It heats up quickly but doesn’t feel suffocating. I use it for indoor cycling and some strength training. Also appreciate the breathable parts, under the arms and in the crotch area, that makes a huge difference.

When I wear this sauna suit, the first thing I notice is how breathable the underarm area feels. That’s a big difference compared to my old workout gear, which would get sticky and uncomfortable fast. This suit doesn’t trap sweat the same way, and it helps me stay dry even during intense workouts. It fits close to the body and gives noticeable support around the waist. I usually wear it three or four times a week for full-body workouts. After each session, I can feel some warmth around my midsection and a slight tightness in my core. Over time, my stomach feels a little firmer. Since it’s a full-body design, it also stays in place during movements like squats or jumping jacks without sliding around.

This Sauna Suit with a waist belt by LMCOM is form-fitting but doesn’t feel tight. I can move comfortably without feeling restricted. The PU lining heats up and stimulates sweating.This short-sleeved jumpsuit with shorts has an attached waist belt to cinch in the waist and heat up my midsection even more making me really sweat during a workout. The fabric has some stretch but not as much as typical workout wear, I ordered a size up from what I usually wear and I am glad I did. A large in this jumpsuit fit nicely, the medium was so tight I could not wear it. Overall, this is a true “Sweatsuit.” Wear this jumpsuit for a workout, and you will really sweat.
