I have a 2000 Honda XR100 that sat for several years, and the carb had gotten a bit gummed up. It refused to idle or run without choke. The pilot jets on these bikes are so small, they are hard to get thoroughly clean even with an ultrasonic bath. As a result, most of the time I just replace the pilot jets since it's easier and assures there isn't any hidden obstruction. I found that Amazon had this entire kit for not much more than the cost of just one jet, so it seemed like a good deal.I didn't use most of the parts - floats and pins and all that were fine. I just used the pilot jet and the gaskets mostly. Put it all back together and the bike fired right up and idles happily. Runs as good as new.So, while I can't vouch for all the parts, I think it was a pretty good deal in my case.

Most of the parts like needles and Jets do not fit. Do not recommend

This carburator rebuild kit did not contain all parts necessary. No needle float valve, and the jets were of inferior quality. I wound up re-using all old parts except for the gaskets from this kit, which were ok. I would pick a different kit in the future.

Used this to get carborator fix on 1983 XR 200R. The float was main part need and a couple of the o rings. Bike fired right up.

The good:-Pilot jet fit- o-ring for a/f screw fit-needle jet fit-new slide needle had adjustment notches unlike the original-The spring separator that goes in the slide was close to same thickness as the original, so it wont mess up the idle. The bad:-a/f needle was way too short for my bike, and so was the spring-Pilot jet was a no.35 which correct for an XR100 but not my XL100-No main jet emulsion tube-The needle jet had a larger inner diameter than my original needle jet-The slide needle was thinner than my original. I kept my original needle in.-The spring separator that goes in the slide was too large to fit within the slide, you'd need to reshape it a littleI didn't replace anything that wasn't leaking, so the bowl gasket, intake gasket, needle valve, and needle float weren't used. They looked fine. The replacement float felt way cheaper, it should work, but I didn't use the one in the kit since mine was working. My bike seems to work despite the differences in needle jet, but I've only revved it.
