This works well but I wish the grey strap was shorter. It is long enough to make lifting a heavy suitcase high enough to weigh and read difficult for someone vertically challenged like me (5’3”). My 5’6” husband had no issues.

It works fine and can withstand a lot of weight. The only problem I have is getting it to convert from kilograms to pounds. The instructions tell you how to do it but for me all it does is turn the scale on and off. it defaults to kilograms but I can't manage to get it to switch so I always have to convert it which is inconvenient.

My first Comment was the following:Nice looking, comfortable to hold. However, takes a lot of time to stabilize. Holding a heavy bag all this time is impractical, considering that mechanical ones instantly show you the weight reached from one lift. Might be fine for smaller items that you can hold for a while without strain.The seller contacted me and suggested to replace the item, since it did not appear to work as expected. Today, I received the new one, and indeed the stabilization time is way less than on the previous. Stabilized within seconds.In Summary: good product and excellent customer service!

Bought this for mother in law who was flying back to South America. I was worried about accuracy due to the fact her back was stuffed to the gills and we didn't really have the $$ to pay for her bag to be over the limit. We'll we used this to shuffle items in and out of carry on and checked bags until we had checked at 49.5 pounds! Low and behold at the airline counter the bags registered 49.5 lbs! Even got a compliment from the ticket person about making every ounce count! 4 stars because if you don't have the upper body strength to lift 50 lbs up and away from your body for accuracy then this could be a challenge.

I have used this on four different flights and all the luggage has weighed in at the airport within half a pound of what this scale says. Which is very accurate for these they of scales. I find it easiest to use both hands to hold up a 50 lbs piece of luggage, but it is extremely easy to use. It is also very light weight and can quickly be tossed into a side compartment of your luggage as you head out the door! After a few uses, the clip got a crack so that i could not use it anymore. I left a product review for the seller and they contacted me within 24hrs offering to replace and ship a new one for free. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and appreciate that they initiated offering to replace it. I will definitely be buying for them again, because not only do i really like the accuracy of the product, but I loved their customer service!

Great product! I weighed my suitcase with the Smart Weigh GO110, and then on our digital scale. It was within 1-2 ounces each time I weighed it. Good size and very lightweight, so it was easy to bring along on our trip so that there were no surprises at the airport check in on the trip home (I tend to overdo it on the souvenirs/gifts). Easy to use and quick readings.

We travel a lot and have ALWAYS run into weight issues at the airport. Saw a porter using a handheld scale and thought "we need one of those". His was manual and that was where I was going until I found this one. The price is right and it works great. It will pay for itself over and over by saving us the stress of moving crap around in bags while the line builds up behind us. Even better is that it is so helpful when we're coming home with gifts. We can spread stuff out and still protect it from breaking because we have this little gadget. The instructions are simple. I would have liked an easier and shorter clamp - only because we have bigger suitcase so you end up having to do some kind of tricep workout to lift up the bags with the longer clamp. We could probably fix that by standing on a chair or stool. Totally not a big deal.
